Went in for a couple biggie bags and waited like 30-45 minutes because it was just so disorganized

They food, service and atmosphere was great. They were quick and friendly and the food was fresh and delicious. I love there Bourbon Burger. Our daughter loves the chicken nuggets. My husband and son always recommends the baconator 😅

The food is almost always top notch. The service is usually top notch as well. The redhead that was working Saturday evening drive thru, needs to take a deep breath and slow exhale it's going to be ok. Not everyone is deliberately mean, we are trying to get what we order and she was trying to make sure the order was entered correctly. I was surprised she didn't throw our food at us even though she looked like she wanted to.

LaFollette Tennessee's Wendy is a really nice, clean store with handicapped parking and access. the employees are very polite and professional.

And there is a "hack" that I learned about from the employees at that very store that senior coffee was free that I was absolutely thrilled about although I don't use it other than when I'm on the run and need a coffee quick it means a lot to someone who's a senior like me and I have to say I have yet to test it at any other Wendy's if you have please make a post and let me know.

Great place for a burger and fries. Baked tater is always great with chili. Service was great, just had to wait cause they were training some new employees. 5 🌟 review

This was a great place to stop and order an inexpensive bite to eat. We loved the mountain view while we ate dinner and shared fun family stories. The service was quick and friendly, and the food was well prepared. Exactly what we ordered.

Great Spicy Chicken sandwich!!! Best one around. Flavor is impeccable! Sup your fries in a Frosty 😋 You need to try it if you haven't before! So good!👍

Foods always great and the employees are very friendly and they get your order right so their is never any reason to complain...

There was a line around the building, but it moved pretty quickly no wait at all. Food was hot and fresh too. The employees were awesome, very friendly and speedy service.

Service was slow but that's because it was packed

Had an issue with our order last night but the manager completely made up for it and sadly a lot of places lack good customer service skills anymore but I'm impressed with this store & it takes a lot from a former mystery shopper.💜

The customer service at this Wendy's is superb. I took my Dad there today and was overwhelmed with the service that we received. This Wendy's should be a training store for future employees.

Food was delicious and the service was out standing even with a long line! I will definitely continue to come here!
