I am a patient at shel dental center dr lopaz and the stuff there are wonderful I haven't been able to really smile for 39 yrs until now thanks to them I can't say enough good things about them I will never go anywhere else for my dental needs . Thank you for helping me to be able to smile.

Everyone is super nice. I got my dentures here and they fit very well and great quality. I have already recommended this place to 2 people. I won't be going anywhere else in the near future.

All 5 of my children have been treated by DR. Lopez for 8-9 years , He is great with children as well adults , He always has a conversation with the child about school,holidays as well as telling them about their visit. our family will always use SHEL for our familys needs

Never had a problem with this place until lately, I can never get an answer when I call.

If there was a 0 star rating that’s what they deserve. After waiting 2 months for an appointment. My girlfriend made sure my son was there at 2 o’clock for his appointment and waited 20 minutes, no one ever showed up. No text, call, or anything to let us know it was moved. Still have not receive any info as to why the office was closed.

Got my wisdom teeth removed and ended up in the hospital at UT because of an abscess in my jaw. I had to have a drain tube coming out of my neck for a few days for all of the infection. The oral surgeon was shocked when he seen the work done in my mouth. I will definitely not be going back here. Would not recommend.

If you want good dental care and dentists who don’t rush you out like you’re a burden then absolutely avoid this place at all costs.

Pure chaos and they cared far more about their own egos than the patients.

Took daughter here. Had a cavity and an infection. Gave us antibiotics and told us to wait to have the tooth pulled. Never got back to us. Called again and they told us to take her to someone in Knoxville.

These people do not care about their patients. I mentioned that I was in a lot of pain from a tooth that broke of and the receptionist acted like she did not care, At All. Then after getting an appointment a month away. I randomly got a text from the office saying my appointment was moved to July 1st ( 3 months away). This is absurd. No one even bothered to call me.
