Days Inn by Wyndham San Antonio at Palo Alto

Was a little weary at first based off of customer photos and previous reviews but upon arrival was pleasantly surprised. Rooms downstairs looked newly remodeled, upstairs rooms need some TLC but we’re still very much acceptable and comfortable. The staff were so incredibly accommodating to our HUGE group. They were ready to receive us and made us feel so welcome. Highly recommend this hotel, and would have absolutely NO hesitation to book with Mr. Patel and his family once again in the near future.

We had a large group of 26, and the customer service was above and beyond our expectations. We were well accommodated and sincerely humbled by the kindness of Mr Patel and his staff. We plan to stay here again when we return to San Antonio.

I had to come stay after CPS energy started giving me issues about installing a meter at my home. A few nights has turned into a few weeks now and they have been great to me. I am a quadriplegic and am in a wheelchair and none of the staff has made me feel out of place or like I cannot ask for help. The room I am in is an accessible room and is genuinely accessible. I do not write reviews of places often, however, I did want the hotel staff to know I appreciate them!

This is a 2 Star hotel and service and hospitality is 5 star, they met my every need and helped me greatly with room availability.
Price is very reasonable, my room was clean and cozy, plenty of parking where i can see my car from the window. I will be returning to this location and telling people to come here.

Found this hotel vary nice . Considering the price I payed. It exceeds my expectations. The staff is vary kind and helpful. They care about the small details even the place is located in a naborhood that I would not live it offers a secure stay. I was extremely satisfied. With this hotel overall.

This hotel days in on Palo alto is the most clean and comfortable hotel that I ever been ...not just this but the customer service that Philip has I recommend to everyone

We had a pipe in our house break so we had to rent 4 rooms for 3 day's . Mr. Patel is very nice and made our stay very comfortable.

Was pleasantly surprised with this place. Our room was clean and the staff were very hospitable. They also offer the basic continental breakfast.

Located very conveniently adjacent to the freeway and surprisingly luxurious! It is very well built and the rooms are large and comfortable. Pleasantly surprised by this location in every way! Excellent deal for the money.

Forgot what I did here but I bet it was a nice place!

8/10 clean room, 8/10 clean bathroom, free wifi. All for less than 50$! Some people are really "special" for expecting much more than this for this amount of money!

Loved how they gave you privacy, asked through out the day if you needed anything, it was clean and quiet.
