Black card member in New Port Richey FL since 2013, recently moved to Lake Keowee SC area and moved my membership to Seneca. The staff at PF Seneca are very personable and friendly, facilities are well maintained and clean.

I would highly recommend this location.

I like this location the best, I only stop at others because it is near where I am at, at the time. The morning I came you had a young girl working the counter, if I had known I was getting a survey I would have asked her name. She was a dark skin girl, super helpful!!!! She recommended a packet of tanning lotion since I forgot mine, made sure I brought eyewear, and put me in the best bed you have. Helpful, nice, and seemed like she liked her job. The second girl I encountered was a white girl, with long light brown/blonde hair. She was wiping down every machine as soon as someone got off it. Both girls spoke to me as I was leaving, saying have a nice day. Good customer service is hard to come by but that day you really had some great young ladies working, 1/3 came in during the morning.

The wife and I decided to give this place a try and it seems to be a very clean and the machines are up to date. There is an abundance of machines to use and the added bonus is the spa room with massage chairs, to tanning beds and even a hydro massager. The locker rooms have plenty of lockers in the changing rooms. Staff was very welcoming and knowledgeable.

I have been a member to many gyms over the years starting as early as 1993. I love the simplicity and family feeling if a small gym but as life has gotten more and more busy, I really appreciate the quick check in and the ability to choose what I want to do and not have to wait on equipment to do so. All the staff at this location are nonjudgemental, kind and accommodating!
I feel they are there to serve me the moment I walk in the door! If you’ve been looking for a space to get in a healthy movement and develop a routine that works for you to maintain physical health, this might need to be your next stop!

Staff in this PF are doing a great job in keeping it clean. All machines are in great condition. Women locker room, restroom and showers are always clean. Very friendly staff, very helpful and very friendly. I love to go there!!!

It is a good place to exercise! It is clean and the staff are friendly. A pleasant environment.

I guess this is the most organized and clean PF gym in the US… Staffs are always busy cleaning and making sure everything is place …

Planet, Fitness on Woodruff Road is the best Planet Fitness I’ve ever been to. Every time I went in there they were super nice to me not time did I ever hear anything bad come out of their mouth I mean early in the morning or not they were chipper. They were happy. They were always smiling . it’s a very good positive place to be.

A nice, clean gym. I had no issue with the staff here and they all seemed perfectly pleasant. The grumpy reviews left by the other people are hyperbole and drama. I travel frequently and have visited a good number of gyms across the country. This Planet Fitness leans towards one of the better establishments. The gym isn't too crowded, everything that I used worked as it should (I use weights and do cardio), and the staff were helpful.

Something of note, is that this Planet Fitness must certainly have one of the highest average age patrons of any gym I've ever been to. I visited this gym 8 times over a two week period at various hours (as early as 7am and as late as 11:30pn) and each time I was surprised by the age spread of patrons (college age up to 60+ years).

Don't forget to ask for the WIFI password when you check in.

This club is FANTASTIC!! The staff are so friendly and are always working or cleaning. The equipment is all well kept and operational. I enjoy working out at this club when I visit Seneca.

The hours are good, the staff is efficient and courteous. The equipment is excellent and the facility is spotless.

I have visited many planet fitness gyms around the country, and this has to be the cleanest place I've worked out. The staff are constantly wiping down the equipment and vacuuming the floors. Very nice place!

Looks like they have some new equipment here. Super clean and a great staff. I was in town visiting my son, and this staff welcomed me in like I was a regular. Lakin needs a raise! What a huge asset to your team. Very helpful, friendly smiling face. Thank you for your help while I was in town.

I love planet fitness! The gym is clean. The showers are clean. Everyone is respectful of others and the staff is very friendly! If you need a trainer Summer is your girl. Shes amazing. I recommend this gym to anyone who isn't sure about a membership or is new to the gym scene.

love it! the only thing i wish PF had was a free weight bench press and squat rack, but i understand the injury risk that comes with it and the gym is just trying to stay safe.

Large variety of weight training equipment in a spacious setup. Crowd meter on app allows one to select an optimal time. Essentially every one wipes down the equipment after use, as there are numerous cleaning stations. The overall culture is comfortable and there are people of all ages and fitness levels. Judging is discouraged and there is no need for anyone to feel self conscious, nor preyed upon.
Assistants are courteous and readily available if one needs their services.
