Bath Planet Portland

Bath Planet did a complete tub to shower conversion, replacing an existing steel tub, shower and surround tile with a walk in acrylic shower with a sliding bar shower head, safety bars, fold down cedar bench and shelves. Front start to finish I was impressed by their knowledge and professionalism, from the initial consult and estimate, to the installation. The two workers were exceptional, and kept me informed as to the progress and timing for completion, and listened respectfully to all my questions.

They were the third company I interviewed with before deciding, and I am very pleased and excited with the finished job! I highly recommend this company!

When I first started looking to replace my shower I was terrified because I have an older house with tons of strange factors. The guys did an amazing job not only installing the shower but with all the caveats along the way. When we discovered that my house has an unusually thick concrete base, they were efficient, quick and even rented larger equipment to get the job done on time. When we ran into the strange plumbing from when my house was a hair salon, they worked to cap those lines off while making everything neat. They worked with the existing layout and it looks great. When they were done, not only do I have a shower that I love, but they made my bathroom far more functional!

They quoted job to be done in 4 days, and they delivered! They replaced the dry rot, took out tub, replaced it with a beautiful shower. They replaced all walls, flooring, new fan, and hug new cabinets, corrected the plumbing, and re-enforced the floor, Great guys to work with, very professional, listening to all my needs and wants,

We would like to express our gratitude & appreciation to Robbie & Trent. The young men were wonderful they asked for my opinion on where to place the shelves, grab bar & shower head, that was very nice of them to ask me. It's young men like Robbie & Trent that works for a company like Bath Planet that they are good on there word . The job was done in 1 1/2 days just as they said they would. the guys laid out canvases to keep my floors clean, they were through in cleaning after the job was done. Jim & I would highly recommend Bath Planet to our friends & family to do an awesome job for them.

We found Bath Planet to be very professional and interested in doing their best job for us. The installers arrived on time each day and worked very hard. The installers, Robbie, Nolan and Trent were very professional and hard workers. I really never even saw them take breaks! One day Robbie worked alone, due to an accidental overbooking of their schedule. Robbie was under the gun, to get the project done. Even so, he gladly pulled off part of work around our window and took the time to make it look right for me. I really appreciated this. That day Robbie worked fast and hard. I finally insisted that he take a few minutes to eat a sandwich, I had made him. He was very appreciative and politely thanked me for it and then went straight back to work! There were a couple of items, that needed clearing up from our sales order. Because of this I spoke with “Matt”, in the office. Matt was just as professional and helpful and eager to make sure we were happy customers. We most happily recommend Bath Planet to anyone looking to spruce up their bathrooms with new showers!

I am extremely well pleased with this company. They actually exceeded every commitment they made to me regarding schedules. The quality of the new shower I had installed is top notch. The workers were very professional and considerate. I am the type of person that tries to do as much homework as possible when I am about to embark on any expensive project. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone that was considering a bathroom upgrade.

Our bathroom could have won 1st place hands down in any Ugly Bathroom contest😩. We talked to three different remodeling companies and decided to go with Bath Planet. They were unbelievably thorough and reliable from the evening they gave the bid until the last detail was finished. I made a few changes along the way, including choosing a different tub/shower surround and adding wainscoting (while the job was in progress). Ken and his team were exceptional in working with us. I decided to use the first surround in a rental we have, and they made sure that all came together in a reasonable and affordable manner. Choosing Bath Planet was the best decision we made in this process. They had a great variety of products to choose from. Our bathroom Is absolutely beautiful! It has been 5 months, and I’m still amazed each day when I first see it!

The remodeling crew removed and installed our two upstairs bathrooms. They came in on Wednesday morning and finished just after lunch the following Friday. The shower surround, shower doors, bathtub, and fixtures, are top quality. The installation was also top quality. The caulking on all of the seams was the best we have ever seen.

We are very happy and pleased with our new walk in shower. The men who did the work were very courteous and did a wonderful job . We couldn't be happier. If you are in the area ask for Bobby Colbert to come to your home and explain how nice Bathplanet is. He tells you all about what you are looking for and answers all your question.

They came in, gutted my outdated bathroom and replaced everything! The final product is amazing! They handled every curveball thrown at them during demo and then all my design ideas! I couldn’t be happier with the finished room and for the low price I paid it’s above and beyond astonishing! Highly recommend this company and their construction team!

Bath Planet replaced a shower and a bathtub for us. We were able to select from a wide array of options and colors during initial consultation, and jobs were completed in a timely and professional manner that fit our schedules. We love our shower (the workmanship is excellent), and would definitely recommend Bath Planet.

Acrylic Showers - Tubs with Lifetime Warranty & Service

Shower Pan they used is way too shallow for a doorless shower. I recommend they use a deeper one for future customers. It’s hard to keep water off the floor. Caulking in some spots is sloppy if you’re into details. I would expect perfection for the price we paid for a very tiny bathroom that can’t even accommodate a full bathtub. Overall it looks very nice.

Great people... we're immensely helpful over the telephone...I have not yet been at their store.
