Hopkins home improvements did an amazing job on my crawl space encapsulation and replacing all my CPVC with pex plumbing. They were there on time and worked two weeks straight until the job was done. This company is very reliable and trustworthy. Everything was done right with quality materials. I back them 💯 %.

HHI is the renovation and construction company we've been looking for since moving to the area four years ago. From the free quote process, throughout cleanup day, Scott and his crew were on time, professional, and patient with my questions (mostly... I've got a lot of them😆) They didn't cut corners, and they went the extra mile to not just build things sturdy and pretty, but how they'd like to have them on their own houses, and the craftsmanship is evident.

I think you can probably find cheaper, but you'll get what you pay for with that cheapness - though I would say these guys are fairly priced, not over. If we had to do it all over again, we'd say HHI is the only reasonable choice for guaranteed quality that will last, add value to your home, and let you sleep easy at night during construction, knowing they'll show up, do honest work, and finish the job completely.

Scott did an outstanding job in remodeling our home, removed a load bearing wall and replaced the gable siding. He was courteous, efficient, and went the extra mile to ensure the floors were protected during the construction. Would highly recommend Hopkins Home Improvement to anyone.

Hopkins Home Improvement installed a porch swing for me in May. I had gotten another quote and the other handyman wanted to remove my porch ceiling to access the rafters to install the swing. Scott went into the attic and found he could access the porch that way. He installed a 4x4 for reinforcement across the rafters and installed the swing to the 4x4, all without having to remove my porch ceiling. Installation took him about half a day. The swing looks and works great! I highly recommend Hopkins Home Improvement.

I contacted Mr. Hopkins to ask about encapsulating my crawlspace. I had been working on it for quite some time and had grown tired of working on it. With the heavy rain l was still getting a lot of water seeping in below the foundation blocks of my house. Mr. Hopkins offered a tailored solution that would add to the work I had done so far instead of refusing to work on it unless they took out so of the existing plastic and insulation. I ended up with a sump pump that drained out about 10 ft from the foundation, a dehumidifier and a humidistat that could be set to reflect the humidity inside the house or under the house. I had mine set to show the humidity under the house and it keeps the humidity at about plus it minus 5 percent of what I've got it set at. The four fans he added circulate the air so the dehumidifier can work efficiently. The price won't be the cheapest in town but it will be competitive and the solution tailored for your needs. I'm highly satisfied with the job he did and only wish I had found him a couple years ago! I hope my neighbors will contact Hopkins because our whole block has drainage problems... except me!

We had a master bathroom and walk in closet built onto our home. Scott was very punctual from the original quote all the way through the finished product. Excellent construction and looks fantastic. Would recommended and will use again in the future. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

Update#2 (12/14/19):
Scott, who came to my house for quoting out, is a very honest and good guy and I really appreciate his work! It ended up that they provided us very good service in a timely manner since I was rushing the installation. Again I noticed that he is very punctual and works hard, so I will definitely revisit his business as needed.

I got the phone call from the lady, because she read my web form. Though apparently she may not recognize me, hopefully their service would be good for us. I will keep updated and let's see how it goes.

I have very bad experience with them to try to discuss my inquiry with one rep over the phone. Since I was urgent to contact them to inquire them to install a handrail on my stairs though I filled out their web form, I called them just in case. It turned out that the lady who picked up my call said, " I don't understand" and hung up. I challenged to call again, then she said, "This is a wrong number" and hung up. I swore in my mind, "how rude she is"!

Because my tongue could be problematic to her, I asked my friend to call them on my behalf. However, no one responded even at 30 minutes to 5pm.

Probably this is just for me, but I like to share my experience with everyone who might want to ask them any service in due course.

We were supposed to have the free estimate today. Someone was supposed to be here today between 4 and 6. I understand we live out in the middle of nowhere. I understand that people get busy and things need to change. I got no call, no voicemail, or no email after the appointment was set and nothing letting me know the guy wasn't coming. I wasted time, I came home from work to meet the person. Complete no show.
