This (pharmacy) staff is awesome. Working in tandem and getting it done right! I was helped by Ms Rachael at the register. Ms Rachael deserves praise for being attentive, courteous, professional and aware of her team’s needs. We were also greeted by a gentleman, who was not shy of introducing himself, which started the trip off right. Being acknowledged by friendly staff not only makes the consumer feel recognized, but it also introduces them to you as someone who is there if you need help. Keep it up guys. Very happy with our local store.

Excellent customer service and very responsive. Ricky was a a real professional and addressed my concern and solved my issue. Pharmacies are not always known for their customer service. This one is the exception.

I cannot express how great the employees were at CVS! I’m from out of town (as was alone) and my car broke down. I was able to make it to the CVS parking lot. It took roadside service 5 hours to get there!!! The manager and her staff were so kind. One employee even tried to jump my car off and the other 2 let me charge my phone there and wait inside. They did not make me feel weird or like I was a bother at all while I waited. In this day and time people don’t go the extra mile to help but they did at CVS for me and I appreciated it so much. Please give them your business if you live nearby because they are awesome!

This location is ON POINT. They know what they are doing and have out of this world customer service. We now have he options of keeping a payment method on file and we do not even need to pay when we go in!! That is contact less to say the least. Very impressed. We stopped using CVS for five years because they were not close to us. Now that we are back in business I am super happy with the service. Thank you.

Frequent visitor of this particular CVS for two main reasons. Close by to my house and it has a very large selections of its products. I wouldn't ever say this place is LARGELY staffed meaning they usually only have 1-3 people (That I can see on the floor) but they are always very friendly and helpful which I appreciate. Store is always kept clean and organized. Manager and workers deserve a pat on the back.

I have to give a shout out to Ricky at the pharmacy. He has come through for my family not once but twice! He has been kind and understanding each time. He went above and beyond and I can't thank him enough. CVS is lucky to have him.

Exemplary, courteous, and very professional organization. A competitor store down the road pales in comparison to this CVS. Thank you!

Love this pharmacy

Pharmacy management and service has slipped since initial opening. Recently they seem to be understaffed & very stressed resulting in not as friendly. Stood at inside drop-off window over 5 minutes, seemed like I was bothering them. ?
Drive-up window allowing the Covid in-car testing is NOT working out due to the delay & long not moving lines.
Those of us trying to pick-up scrips may be forced to go across the parking lot.

Hard to get prescriptions in a timely manner. Constantly packed.

The wait time on the phone is horrible especially when you’re dealing with the pharmacy. And the drive-through pharmacy is horrible the whole set up they have with the COVID-19 vaccine and just trying to get a regular prescription they get two stars at best and I’ve been using this store for about four years.
