Does not return calls promptly. Wrongfully denies rental apps alleging inability to work it out!? Whatever that means.

Bought a piece of land on land contract, then when I leased it out they got mad and tried to refuse my payments, they also tried to collect from my tenant and even convinced them it was legal for them to sign a contract with the tenant promising them my home and land. I paid them off promptly and evicted the tenant now he plans to sue them. I would never buy anything else from them and I know the founder who had a heart for people would definitely be ashamed.
