Clay Lawrence from Mr. Electric was prompt, helpful, friendly, and fixed my issue within 30 minutes of arriving. He detailed what he did, offered a suggestion of something we could do in future, but didn't pressure me to add on anything else immediately. Great experience, and why I always go with Mr. Electric when I have any issues.

Rick was great! Super helpful, explained things well, taught me about some possible future upgrades without any hard selling, and I’m pretty sure he left my house cleaner than he found it. I definitely recommend him for any electrical work you might need.

My Experience was nothing short of top notch. Scheduling was quick and easy. I needed to do an electrical addition for a new appliance and they were able to provide a 48 hour turnaround.

Sergey came to install some wires that were missing and also installed a nice programmable switch for our front retail sign. He was very thorough with his work, and took the time to explain all of the options and how to keep the job within a decent price range. I appreciate his fast and efficient work ethic he brings to his company. If you have the choice of person to come out I definitely recommend choosing him, otherwise Mr. Electric in general has been more than helpful, and a pleasure to work with!

Tyson from Mr. Electric was sent to service our Kitchen 's electrical problem. He was very professional and courteous. He went right to work evaluated the problem and explained the situation to us. He checked all the electrical sockets and the surge protector in the fuse box in the garage. Clay Lawrence from Mr. Electric gave me a clear and fair estimate for the electrical work I needed. For example, I needed an antiquated dryer outlet replaced with a modern one. He let me know the options, and I was able to choose the most economical way to take care of this problem. He did his work efficiently. He answered all my questions clearly. I felt comfortable working with him.

Sergey did an amazing job when he was called out for an emergency job. My wall heater died and he was out and had it disconnected in about an hour after I called. If I could give him more than 5 stars, I absolutely would!

If you need any electrical work, Mr. Electric is the way to go. I did some online research before I settled on them and prices were comparable to the other companies, but what really shines through is the customer service and attention to detail. I needed the electrical line connected to my sauna, and Josh Rodriguez did an amazing job. He went the extra mile and made sure to read through the sauna manual to make sure everything was working and installed properly. Months later when I accidentally tripped the reset function on the sauna heater, Josh came out again to help with it free of charge and rule out any electrical issues. I truly don't think I would have received that level of support from any other company in the area. Thanks again!

Zach was great, he came out on time and showed flexibility and professionalism, going above and beyond to get the job done, keep us informed on the process, and make recommendations for improvements.

I would highly recommend Zach for Electrical work. He was efficient and reasonable on completing a diagnostic, providing an estimate, and completing repairs. He jumped in where a previous electrician did not complete their task and restored things to working order within two hours.

We called Mr Electric because we were referred by close friends. They were so responsive and they sent electrician, Clay Lawrence, out to take a look at our electrical issue. He showed up at the designated time, was polite and informative and fixed the issue the same day. We will definitely call and ask for Clay if we need electrical assistance again!!

1/2024 just had Tyson from Mr. Electric at my home to repair damage to my weather head due to snow, ice, heavy rain and wind. What great service from Tyson. Marshall and Nicholas were amazing! Their professionalism and care handling and installing our grand chandelier into our new retail space can not be measured. We've used Mr. Electric on several occasions at this point. We are beyond happy with the work that Josh has performed to get our old house running properly and safely! Totally recommend for any job bog or small.

Recently had a partial power outage in my home, Mr. Electric was able to set up an appointment promptly. Tyson Casey was the electrician who took care of our issue, he was friendly, prompt, and wasted no time diagnosing and fixing the issue. I am very happy with the service and follow up by Mr. Electric. I did not get other price quotes for this issue but feel the cost may have been on the higher end.

We were on a tight time line. They sent Josh out on Monday. The following Monday he did what he could in working with our sheetrocker and returned on Friday to finish the work. He was professional & went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the work he did. If you're in Vancouver, ask for Josh. You won't regret it.
