I've rented apartments from 1st Alliance on three separate occasions. Each time they've been extremely easy to work with and very prompt on needed maintenance. I commend them highly to anyone seeking to rent in this area.

I'm so excited too almost be renting with them!! They have been so helpful. As a single mother they have openings in my budget and just how kind they're I dont want anyone else too be my landlords.

I moved to Fairview Heights Illinois in September of 2007. Despite a poor credit score (I had some financial issues at the time), they took a chance on me and I made sure to pay back the respect by paying on time each month. We had 1 problem where the upstairs bathroom leaked in to our kitchen cabinets. I called about 3-4pm one day and the next day they were there to replace it (around 8:30am). They were excellent landlords and we were very very spoiled on them. Our last 2 landlords have been pitiful.

They don't mess around when u need a repair, their fair, and has worked with me during a very unexpected situation in my life. Hopefully with my next move id be blessed to have a landlord like them.

Love them rented my first bed room apartment from them was with them for a year then I decided I needed a two bed room for my daughter anything that goes wrong they coming love them an I plan on staying with them. For a long time !!

The best landlords in Belleville they come when you need them and they come quick my air went out about 3 pm i called the office to report it less than 45 minutes someone was at my door fixing my ac they care about there tenants and will help you as much as they can

Filled out my application with this company and was ready to rent my place within a week. They even went so far as to get my occupancy permit so that I can move in.
