I have been a patient at The Town Doctor for many years. I appreciate that the appointments aren't rushed, the staff are friendly, calls & messages are returned promptly, medication refill requests are addressed in a timely manner & the overall experience at each visit is that I feel seen, heard, understood & supported in my health needs.

I can’t say enough about how amazing, professional and friendly this office is. I’ve seen so many results in my treatments. Erin is so educated, and always trying to learn more. She’s a true professional, and a great person too!

Being new to Lebanon, my wife and I were recommended to The Town Doctor. After our initial appointments we could not be more thrilled with Dr Steve’s and his team. The care, service, and follow up was terrific and we look forward to them taking care of our medical needs for a long time. As early retirees without traditional health insurance their care model is perfect for us. Combined with their expertise, service, and follow up we are delighted we found them. Town Doctor keeps up with me and he tells me the truth even if I don't want to hear it sometimes he always returns my calls he's a good one!!!

This place is phenomenal! My husband seen Dr. Steves for his primary doctor and his staff was ALWAYS very nice, and welcoming. My husband has a lot of medical issues and he is very hard to please because he has had so many bad, careless doctors, BUT he still to this day talks about how great The Town Doctor is. He wishes he could still see him but we ended up moving out of Tennessee. If you are looking for a doctor and you are on the fence, then just do it. Don't think twice about this facility. The entire staff is remarkable!

I cannot recommend enough! We love Dr. Steves and all of his staff. Our family followed him when he went into direct care and have been so pleased. If you want to have access to your physician or his staff 24/7, this is the place for you!!

Very simply the BEST physician that I’ve ever had care for me and my family. He truly listens and takes time with his patients. For the first time in over 20 years we are getting my mother in law’s diabetes under reasonable control with good numbers. This practice this year has also dealt with a sports injury, family wide severe poison ivy, pneumonia and assorted other minor illnesses for just our family, all with positive outcomes. I can not recommend Dr. Steve’s, Kristin or this practice more highly!

Dr. Steves is a wonderful doctor. He is very receptive to his patients needs. His wife assists him as his office manager and together they provide a very unique and personalized service for his patients. This is a very family oriented practice and his staff is great. Highly recommended. I'm glad to be one of his patients.

By far the best medical care I've ever received. The entire staff goes beyond normal standards to help you in any way to better your health. It has truly been a blessing getting to know The Town Doctor and all its staff. They have gotten me thru some pretty bad health problems in the past two years. We have had the most amazing experience with The Town doctor over the last year. We will never go back to the way we were doing healthcare. His personalized approach makes us feel very important and he give his full and undivided attention each and every time. The rest of the staff is top notch as well.

Thorough, professional, caring, excellence. Dr. Steves and his staff know their patients and can usually take care of typical illness, etc. WITHOUT you the patient needing to make an "office visit". The monthly membership is reasonable and well worth the value. Highly recommended!

Dr. Steves is one of the best doctors I have ever known. He takes his time and listens to you and your concerns. His nurse, Amy, knows what she is doing as well. Blood draws never hurt.

Dr Steves and Kristin source have been very cordial and thorough! Could not ask for a better doctor than Bob! They are very responsive also with minor ailments aches and pains if some meds or basic over-the-counter stuff is needed !

The absolute best doctor I have ever been to. My wife and I have three boys all under 5 and Dr. Steves does so well with them as well.
