I found this place by accident online and I'm glad I did. Way better than the other rent to own places very professional polite and accommodating. I spoke to Missy and she was very courteous and professional I had an amazing experience and I got some nice furniture for an extremely reasonable price can't say enough about this place

My wife and I had a very pleasant experience at Rent One. We received a great deal on a washer and dryer set with minimal paperwork. We also received a military discount which made it that much better. Our appliances were delivered and installed the following day. I highly recommend!

I couldn’t make it into the store before the 4th of July promo ended so I decided to call to see if I could be helped over the phone. Misty started the process for me & assisted by sending me different options based on what I was looking for. She was very informative in letting me know that what I selected might be delayed (it wasn’t long at all!) and left me with no worries while she ordered my product. Amber was QUICK to follow up & wrap up the process. She ensured that I was receiving updates up to my delivery date. I never had a chance to follow up with anything because she made sure to provide me with an update every step of the way. Thank you Belleville!! Misty & Amber are definitely a pleasure to work with!

Amber was great and helped us with everything we needed and more. Delivery was a little late but that really didn't affect anything. The Delivery men were super nice and fast, we will definitely rent more things from them in the future.

My job transitioned me here from FL to IL, for a 3 month contract and I was in desperate need of a soft, comfortable bed for the temporary place in which I was residing. Both ladies went above and beyond to locate me the bed of my preference & so professional & quickly and they did not miss a beat. I was constantly called and texted and updated every step of the way from A to Z., plus received excellent speedy service to. I was taken care of fully and can now sleep like a baby! My experience with the best rental associate Douglas at the Belleville store on Carlyle ave. Is 5 star service always. The manager is outstanding and also the whole store concept is to be professional and courteous. I am highly impressed! Yesterday I bought a refrigerator. Jay and Lamar delivered it and were extremely professional and well mannered. They got it in and set up with zero problems. They are keepers for sure! Thanks to the manager missy she always takes excellent care of me in my rental purchases. I highly recommend this facility for all your rental needs! If you need a special item Missy can order it. Great Job team! Amber is also a great customer service leader!
