Wilson County Veterans Service Office and The Wilson County Veterans Museum

Stopped in on Veterans Day as I was early for an appointment and I’m glad I did! Veterans who have served our country and given their best are listed on the walls for us to remember and never forget all they gave! It was nice to see the businesses and non profit organizations on the bricks of supporters, what a way to show love for the community and our freedom!

placed an order August a year ago and paid my fees and took family members this memorial day to see the monument. The monument was closed on memorial day, and my name is still not on the wall. very disappointed....

Several failed attempts to contact anybody. After you call and leave a message I never receive a call back. The only luck you have in getting in contact with a “counselor” is if you go into the office. The level of incompetence and disregard for veterans at this facility is equal the same quality of service I have had and continue to have with any veterans service facility around this great nation. Of course this is only my perspective, others may have received better care but I have not. It’s a shame that men and women have sacrificed so much and have received so little in return. I believe that this facility and others like it need to be reviewed and audited for quality. If ic oils rate this less than one star I would. SHAME ON YOU!!!

Unfortunately, this Veterans service office is not one I would recommend to anyone. The communication is terrible and the staff are not helpful in any way. I would recommend looking elsewhere to service your claims.

Left several messages- no one bothers to call back. Poor management!
