I had a great first experience purchasing items at an online Walker auction and have already recommended them to others. I elected to come to the auction preview before bidding. All the items were in fantastic condition, clean, and very well organized. The owner was there and helped me track down all the items I was interested in so I could inspect them. He even gave some history about the estate the items came from. Online, the items have multiple pictures, descriptions, and measurements (I've bid in many online auctions and this is not always true) and even then, almost every item I looked at was even better than I was expecting. The bidding process went as outlined in the auction description. Pick up was avaliable all day for multiple days (again not the normal, in my experience) and was well organized and easy. I had many items and the process was quick. I interacted with both owners and 2 staff members and everyone was nice and kind. Their buyer's premium and processing fee are a little higher than some of the other auctions I've participated in but the extra effort, organization, and quality of items really confirm they are worth it. I look forward to their future auctions and if my experience ever changes, I will update my review.

I’ve placed bids twice with mike walker auctions. Every purchase was in good condition and exactly like described. I was impressed to see the measurements indicated as well so many other online auctions don’t post measurements of the items. Such a friendly staff as well.

Mike and his wife Cynthia have done a outstanding job with the liquidation of Bates Ford Inc equipment and furnishings. They do all the listings and they are there to manage and load after the sale.

Mike and his wife Cynthia went above and beyond in the handling of our Dads estate. Our Dad had a lot of unique items and they took the time and care to see to each item getting the love and appreciation our Dad would have wanted them to have. He was a mechanic and had a lot of things that he was in the middle of fixing up, so many things didn’t run or needed work. Mike & Cynthia brought mechanics in and got everything running and ready for auction! They even dealt with a live ammo room, many firearms and trophy animals our Dad got on African safari in the 70’s. Items that most people wouldn’t know what to do with, let alone know how to sell, Mike & Cynthia gave everything they had to assuring these items found good homes and that we received maximum value for. They handled our Fathers estate from beginning to end, cleaned out the property at the end and sold the house for us. My sister and I highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of help with someone they loves estate. They did this all for us while we were out of state and it was such a refreshing feeling to know that we could put 100% of our trust in Mike & Cynthia.
