Had a great experience the other day at your store with Solomon. He was quick with getting what I needed, really knows his stuff. You need to hire some more guys like him that really wanna work.

I received great customer service from Woody! He was so helpful and really went the extra mile to checking my battery and replacing it for me. Very professional and shows that he knows what he's doing. Definitely a happy customer and will be returning for my auto needs.

I was extremely impressed with a young man Solomon at this Autozone location. He was very knowledgeable and willing to help me find everything I was needing for my truck. He had really excellent customer service skills which made him really stand out to me, since you don't see this much anymore. Keep up the great work & Autozone needs to give him a raise!

Went to buy a bulb cause my tail light was out... Woody helped me out and offered to change it before leaving also went the extra mile to check other the one which was fixing to go out also so he went ahead and did that for me too that's what I call good customer service 👍

So super helpful when driving someone else’s Buick Enclave and the turn signal burnt out, checked it for us, replaced both bulbs. Woody R was super friendly.

Solomon was very helpful in getting my battery replaced quickly so I could get back on the road.

This auto one has always treated me so well and have always been super helpful. Today I came in just to check my battery since my car had been having some issues starting. The 2 gentlemen there welcomed me so kindly and quickly checked my battery, got me and new one and even offered to switch it out for me. Overall it was a great experience and 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for service around the area.

Albanian just to get some bulbs for my front lights and the guy that helped me was super sweet super nice and came outside and changed both of them for me and he educated me a little bit about my vehicle and I appreciated it

Our car started heating up while at HEB and we drove around 2 blocks towards AutoZone. Without asking Jose I. For any help he came outside to help my husband. He helped us figure out that our car had no coolant. He even added the coolant into our vehicle. He was very helpful in a very stressful situation. He even wished us a safe trip home.
We need more people like Jose.

Had everything I needed in stock. Can't say much on employees. I didn't need help, I knew what I was looking for and where to get it but they were friendly when we spoke during check out. Clean store, wasn't understocked either.

Had a very pleasant experience with Bree- she helped me tremendously with explaining the difference in my battery options for 2 of my 3 vehicles! She also helped me with my wipers- when I brought my vehicles in she eagerly helped putting the wipers and battery on the vehicle I drove in! Anytime I need auto parts I will definitely return here and specifically ask for Bree to assist! I cannot say enough good things about her helpfulness and professionalism!
