Called them several times to have them put out fires and save lives. It's no wonder they don' have time to change Jay Fry's smoke alarm batteries!

First responders ROCK! I'm sure the guys & gals at station #5 are awesome and are pillars of our community. Give'em a break Jay and call your grandson or something to change those batteries!

Called them several times to have them replace batteries in my three smoke alarms as they are very high on the ceiling. I am 77 years old and do not feel safe climbing a ladder even if I had one!
