Robert and small staff have been so wonderful w/ my Texan Aunt ... from what I am told, quite dedicated to the rural community... a very critical part of my Aunt’s day-to-day life ... Thank you!

Thanks to Monica in Lufkin for helping me with my missing package. We never located it but she was awesome to talk with. People dont realize that its not always the fault of our postal workers, when things go wrong. Sometimes its those in an oversight position and our postal worker's hands are tied.

Best Post Office in the area. This place is usually fairly busy but the line typically moves pretty fast. All of the Postal Employees that work the counters are very friendly and do their best to get to know you if you come in often.
Tip: 2 Day Priority mail is usually only 25 - 50 cents more than 6 Day Ground.

Very easy to get in and out. No waiting at night to drop off the newspapers.

I put a hold on my mail as I keep finding my mailbox open. It's a cluster cause I live in an apartment. Anyways, I had to file a complaint cause they weren't holding all my mail at the office. On 2 different days last week packages and mail were delivered to me, when they should have been held. I made a formal complaint and instead of calling me they sent me a generic email with the title contact #1 in it. I went to get my mail and packages that were held and one of the packages said it was there and they had to get a supervisor to find it. Another package they sent to Shreveport after it was a this very office and Shreveport sent it to Longview and then Longview sent it back to Shreveport. I made a formal complaint about that too and the supervisor said she would email Shreveport. It was there the next day but I'm not sure why when you put a hold on mail that there is still a delivery attempt to my address. I haven't actually checked my mailbox in a week but I've got to go to this office later and will check on my way out. I wanna get a PO box but I'm afraid they might forward the stuff that's supposed to go there to my address.

I had a package that was marked delivered to me but in actuality it was NEVER delivered to my mail box or to my front door. It’s been over a week now still no package. I went to speak with someone at the post office & I was told the Kylie the supervisor would get in touch with me m, and I’ve yet to hear from her and it’s been over a week now. Nobody answers the phone when you call. I just want to know where my package is or some information on who was responsible that day for delivery!

Tired of having my package scanned as delivered but yet nothing comes in because nothing gets delivered. They even mark your delivery as "no access to driveway" they are too damn sorry and lazy to bring the package to your door. Mainly the lazy guy on Mondays.. tired of them messing with people packages. If your package has do not bend on it, they will still bend it..people here needs to be fired. There 1 mail carrier and it's the older lady with hearing aid. Not sure her name but she is very very sweet

If I could give this post office a zero I would, ever since my regular mailman retired if I don't have any mail, the new mail lady will not come by to check the mail box to see if there is any mail in it
