Amazing customer service and an awesome mechanic. If you want great and honest mechanic work, bring you bike here. Below is my story on how I found this shop. Before I left Florida for my 4000-5000 mile motorcycle trip, I thought that I had enough tire tread for the whole trip. I was wrong and needed a tire badly at 3000 miles into my trip, so I stopped by the local Harley Davidson dealership and they told me that I needed to make an appointment and it would be two weeks before they could even do anything for me. I didn't have two weeks, I had a couple of days. I googled motorcycle shops and found Jack's Harley Repair also in Effingham, so I rode up to Jack's and ask if there was anyway to get a new back tire put on. He asked when did I need it and I told him today or tomorrow at the latest, he told me that he could get a tire tomorrow morning. So I got to the shop by 10am, tire showed up shortly afterwards. I also told Jack that my air breather was making a noise and he found the problem and was able to do a temp fix that would get me back to Florida. I was out of the shop with a new back tire, back brakes and an air breather that wasn't making noise by 11:30am. I highly recommend this shop for your motorcycle repairs.

I was looking for a mechanic who would talk to me, answer questions, care about my bike as much as I do, someone that would explain to me what's going on, not just a parts guy with a computer, someone to look at every detail and find the problem, not just throw parts at it and charge me hundreds of dollars, a trustworthy person I can call, and get good advice, I have found this and more at jacks, I will never take my bike anywhere else, if you need a great harley mechanic with endless knowledge, this is the place to go, you won't be disappointed, you won't be treated like a name in the computer, you will be treated like a friend, a fellow brother in the quest to get your Harley back on the road
