C&C Slab Leaks and Plumbing, LLC

I chose C&C over a few other plumbers for a gas pipe replacement because of a few things: details in the estimate, communication and pricing.

Firstly, Sherri was so kind and answered all my questions with patience. I probably called her 5-10 times a day.

The company sends you emails whenever anything is scheduled so you know who is coming and around what time. It was such a great way of keeping me in the loop.

The estimate itself was very reasonable in pricing and one of the things that I really appreciated was that they itemized everything included. It wasn’t just “replace 25 ft gas pipe.” They were also the only company that has their warranty written out.

Everyone was very honest and transparent and I appreciate that so much. I would highly recommend them!

Skylar at C & C Slab Leaks and Plumbing is our guy. He is competent for plumbing, gas lines, and leaks of any kind. He and his workmate are currently helping us with a kitchen remodel and gas stove installation. These guys are able to explain what they are doing and why. They are personable, prompt, and showed up fully equipped to address our needs. They are reasonable in their pricing and estimates are inclusive of all work discussed (no nickel and dime charges.) We feel comfortable recommending C & C. P.S. The owner is a Master Plumber who oversees these very capable journeymen if you need any extra reassurance.

I cannot recommend C&C strongly enough. I will not use another plumbing service! I was cautious because I did not see hundreds of reviews, but the came recommended from family. This is our THIRD slab leak, so we are experts, and the last 2 were nightmares. C&C came quickly, told us exactly what needed to be done and gave us a quote that was far under the last 2 leaks. When they reached the leak, they went above and beyond to make sure everything around the leak was repaired and in good working shape. (Instead of just repairing a 1-inch spot where the leak was, he replaced the entire visible pipe). They refilled the hole, repoured the concrete and held to their quote. The workmen were professional and educated. They took the time to show us what they had done (beautiful work) and what we needed to do going forward. They let us know that they don't advertise - so if you are in the Dallas area this should be your plumber. I have posted this on our neighborhood site so others can benefit from the gem we have found!

C & C was referred to me by my AC Repair guy, Jeremy Brown at A/C Depot and I am very thankful I contacted them as they have taken care of numerous problems I had with my house including digging over 15 ft under the slab to find 2 leaks that were causing my water bill to skyrocket! They also fixed my jacuzzi tub and steam shower as well as leaky faucets and blowing out drainage pipes that were clogged! They are very dependable and you can track their time to be repaired! All of their service men are very nice and do great work and are always very nice! If you have any plumbing issues don’t hesitate to contact them! They do excellent work in a timely manner!
