Jacob is the real deal! A small business owner who cares and gets the job done. When I had some suspension work done on my Prius he got it done in no time even when things didn't go as planned due to my car being a rust bucket from the great white salty road north. Even wrenching parts off a used car to get me back on the road when I was in a pinch. He has answered my questions honestly and been fair on price, and kept me informed all along the way. Jacob is a wonderful young man. He did an amazing job repairing my 98 C5 Corvette. The part I needed for the repair has been discontinued by Chevy. He was able to forge a new part to have my baby up and running again. Very honest and reliable person. Price for the repairs was also really reasonable. I will take my cars to Jacob any time. He's the best mechanic in NB. Filter your business to him when you need expert car repairs. People like him are hard to come by in this day and age.

Had been dealing with an oil leak for a while, found Jacob on search. He diagnosed and repaired my car so quick and at reasonable price. Been 2 weeks since repair car working great no sign of leak! Im pleased with the outcome and he had great customer service.

It's tough to find a mechanic that you can trust. I truly believe my car was having such problems because I was meant to go to JC auto and work with Jacob. He went above and beyond to help me when my car issues seemed hopeless. He was so polite and easy to work with. Now, all my friends go there and absolutely love Jacob. I am very happy to have found an honest and reasonably priced mechanic in my neighborhood. Jacob and his wife run a family business, easy communication and fast service. I’ve brought two cars to Jacob, he checked the brakes on one car for me and said I didn’t need to change them yet and made sure to torque the wheels correctly when putting them back on, he did two repairs on another car, fast and reasonably priced. They even provided transport back and forth from my home while the repairs were being done. Highly recommended!

JC Automotive gave me a quote, and it was extremely affordable, I took my car in to have my struts replaced and while it was in the shop he found something else wrong with the suspension preventing him from completing the repair. My vehicle was REALLY bad, so it didn’t surprise me that there was more to it than the strut replacement. We went ahead with the repairs and when we got our vehicle and invoice, it was not much more than what we were quoted for just the strut repair. I have been driving it all around town and to and from San Antonio for about a week, there’s no new noises and it’s a smooth ride. My SUV feels better than ever!

I loved how easy and quick it was to get my vehicle repaired, and how friendly they were. It’s a small family owned business and I feel like they really care about their customers and their quality of work. Jacob is extremely knowledgeable and was so easy to work with. I will be taking my vehicle back there for more work (intake manifold) and will be taking my husband’s truck for a lift. Excellent service! Two other mechanics in Houston had serviced my Hyundai to make the necessary repairs so that the engine light would turn off but they were not successful.
