Best UPS store ever. I am a small business owner and have to send packages on the go in a whim. I have visited many UPS stores in Houston. This one is by far the best and they have the most helpful employees. Rose was great. She made sure I was taken care of in a timely manner and did so with a smile. Thank you Rose!

Went to the UPS store for returning today. Rose is super helpful and professional. There was something wrong with my return label, but Rose gave me lots of detailed suggestions and helped me solve it patiently. I really appreciate it! Best UPS store experience ever!

Went in to send a present to my nephew for his birthday. Rose was especially helpful and nice and made everything smooth. Highly recommend her for any assistance you need with your orders.

I had a package keep coming back return to sender and rose noticed my 8 was actually a six problome solved thanks rose ....and both rose and Janet make a effort to know all of the regulars by name this is a good practice in today's busy world

I come here for all my package and mail services because of the service . I love the attention and help that I get here . I’ve never had any bad customer service at this location . Matter of fact there was one individual who stood out and made the ups experience that has me keeping coming back here . I believe her name is Rose. What a wonderful ups employee !! Cuddos to the manager that hired her and thank you .

Most ups are decent and some issues that get resolved eventually with little to no answer.
This location however does amazing service, great personality,service quick,easy,and very good on following up on matters.
Huge shout out to Janet she's been making my life super easy to do with a lot of returns and processing on shipping

We appreciate the service we get each time we come to The UPS Store, the entire staff is nice and super helpful. We have been getting our mail here for months and most recently have been getting tons of packages for back to school time, and Rose has been a Rockstar any time we've come to pick up.

I was unable to get my return label, and Sarami when iOK went to the great efforts to help me get the label to make my return. She was very gracious and patient

I was impressed. Joe was extremely helpful. He knew the products, made a good recommendation on shipping method and box to use and packed everything well. Their system had my info and the place I was shipping from past shipments so it was super easy and fast.

Awesome customer service. I brought pair of shoes unboxed and the lady at the front said I couldn’t ship the item. Five minutes later, she went the extra mile and brought a box for me to ship the shoes when she didn’t have to. Thank you for the amazing customer service!

I have frequented UPS stores in all parts of Houston and typically the service is subpar to average.

This location at Voss has the best service of them all. Now yes sometimes the computers are down at this location which can be very frustrating. But I always call ahead and they do an excellent job of picking up the phone.

I think all the staff at this location are very courteous and highly expedient. The employee by the name of Joe (the one with the longer hair) is in particular the best one. He can get you in and out the door during peak hours in a matter of minutes.

UPS stores can be really awful in the Houston area, but this one is definetely the model store. Just be aware they have computer issues from time to time and you'll be set!

I went to the store because I am relocating from Houston. How fortunate to have been helped by Lauren. What an outstanding person. She is efficient, knowledgeable, calm under pressure, and most importantly client-centered! Since the first visit I have returned a couple more times, and would only preferred Lauren to provide me with services. She was fast and efficient. I left some very personally valuable packages. By the time I came back with more, she had these packed and ready to be shipped. She demonstrated how knowledgeable she is when another team member wanted to correct the work she was doing at the register, clearly correctly, and patiently helped the other member understand how it is best done. The store on Mondays could be quite hectic, she remained personable and efficient with each client, and never raising voice or losing patience (which I observed other staff doing). She personified client centeredness by giving all attention to the person in front of her. As she was helping me with incredibly personal and invaluable packages, she reassured me and demonstrated, explained and offered suggestions, with a smile, on how these were going to be shipped with care. She went the extra mile in so many ways, with a sense of kindness and gentleness, and demonstrating her expertise. Highly impressed. This is how one gains loyal customers. Lauren badge showed "manager in training"- I would hope she would be the manager training others! Thank you!

I've had a mailbox at this location for about a year. Let me just say, it's a pleasure to visit them and get my mail. I always feel that good customer service is essential to the progress of a business. Jasmine who is a manager there has exceptional customer service skills. I've dealt with her on multiple occasions and every time she displays her skills. I would like to thank her for all that she has done for me. I had a package shipped to me and through the process my package got lost. She filed a claim and they reimbursed my full amount of the items in my package.

I am a home inspector and have had this box as primary business address at this location for 2 years. I have not had much use for anything more than picking up packages and mailing off an occasional item now and then. I enjoyed the 24 hour mail access for my box and the staff were always helpful. I made the mistake of reading the last review and I don't want this to reflect suspiciously on Sarah (as she is the one I dealt with on the phone and in person) but she was very helpful and pleasure to deal with. This was not an easy situation as my company was closing it's account at this location. Up front, it was a great experience with this UPS store, Sarah and all the staff included. I am closing this account because my company was able to prosper during these unforetold times through hard work, grit and integrity. I felt I received the same from this store and it's employees. SEI Inspections has opened up an actual office space. This was in part because this UPS store provided me with the affordable start up business address needed for a company that offices out of it's truck primarily. Thank you UPS and thank you Sarah for making the closing of this account painless. You guys did a job well done from start to finish.

Came here for my printing needs. Janet delivers wonderful service! She's very friendly and patient—a total customer service star.

I came Monday, 11/8/21 to have legal papers for a sale in another state notarized, copies made, and sent overnight for a closing today, 11/10/21. I am efgorydhandicapped, and the notary aided me perfectly in coordinating all the necessities to have the papers documented and mailed. Can’t say enough for the great service. And they were constantly busy but took the time to accommodate my needs. The sake closed today thanks to UPS efforts to make it so.

I’ve been using this UPS for a long time, it is so convenient since I do all my grocery shopping close to this location!
Drop off is so easy and employees are very friendly! Would recommend!
