We HIGHLY recommend YellowGate Designs for all of your real estate staging needs. They accommodated our family on a very tight turnaround, and we were not even in their immediate area. The staging was top-notch, and it was clear Christy had a vision for our home that would appeal to the type of buyer we were targeting. YellowGate's vision is clean lines/minimalistic, and they made the very best use of the space - so warm and inviting. Our home sold for above asking price, in the winter months! I let her know what I was looking for and then she found options for me to choose from in my budget that matched perfectly! No more searching the internet for hours on end to find the perfect item!

Christy assisted us in the design and purchase of new furniture and accessories for the home we recently built. She took inspiration from my Pinterest board and provided us with several options to choose from. She would send computer renderings showing how the furniture and accessories would look in the room. Christy has a gift not only for design, but also for quickly getting to know a customer. She was easy to work with and very responsive. It was a wonderful experience.

Christy at YellowGate Designs did a awesome job upgrading High Tech Automotive’s bathroom. The best thing was Christy designed it, picked colors, picked decorations, had excellent communication, and was done on time and within budget.
