Kristi and her crew did the flowers for my wedding and impressed is an understatement! I gave her a very basic idea of what I wanted (I’m clueless in the world of flowers) and told her I trusted her judgment and to just put it together! I was blown away at the beautiful arrangements that day. When I saw the flowers I teared up (it was the first time I cried that day 🤣). They were perfect, it was like she read my mind and brought my ideas to life. I also appreciated the fact that she respected my budget and was willing to work with me on price. If you’re looking for the perfect wedding day flowers, you have found the right place!!!!!

I've been to two weddings now where the floral arrangements were done by Rootz Flowers and Designs. Each wedding was different but they did such a wonderful job making custom flower arrangements and arbors that complimented their themes and color pallets. Also got a chance to speak with the ladies. Super friendly and obviously have a passion for their work. Too bad I was already married before I found out about their beautiful work, sigh. Might need to renew our vows now....

Thank you Rootz. I was able to place an order for delivery in Greenville for my ill aunt and her family. I live in Pennsylvania and since I can't be there with them during this time it means a lot to me that places like Rootz will let you order from out of state via their website. I was sent a photo of the arrangement by a family member and it looked beautiful.

They really go the extra mile to make your order special. This is probably the most beautiful bouquet I’ve ever received in my life! I highly recommend.

I was interested in the business with it being new. I have family in their area so delivering locally was ideal. They have so many options and were very considerate to what I wanted, being as I do not live in the area they were very descriptive and detail oriented. I highly suggest Rootz for any special events.

Not happy and I will let them know tomorrow. I ordered from FTD and did not know who would make the delivery. I call late in the afternoon to one of the shops in Commerce and they said I am glad you called because they were concerned that I would not be happy with the colors. I was asked if I minded that they change the colors. I said no put pink or whatever color roses they needed. They said they would make it beautiful. When I received the picture of the flowers I was disappointed. I looks like they did not have enough roses and decided to substitute whatever they had in the shop. I will be contacting them and FTD in the morning for a refund. Second photo is what I got. First is what was online with FTD
