This was probably my favorite hotel stay I’ve had on a business trip. Every member of the staff was incredible - extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. Rooms are gorgeous, pool is fantastic, and the food is excellent! Great location too :)

The High Tea was amazing! Brought my mom here for high tea for mother’s day and it was fabulous. The tea was wonderful (I got the green Jasmine) and everything we ate was delicious! They also modified my plate for my nut/seafood allergy, which was above and beyond! Tracy was so sweet and knowledgeable. The atmosphere was very elegant and intimate. I highly recommend this experience!

Rooms are clean and staff is great. Hotel rooms can use a little update but the pool area was beautiful and the bar quaint. The few meals I had at the hotel were very good, brussel sprouts and fries were excellent and I had an outstanding breakfast. Everyone who worked there was extremely friendly and James at the front desk made my stay especially nice when I needed to extend my checkout time. Can't go wrong with Hotel Granduca if you want a cute place to stay in Houston.

I had an incredible stay at Hotel Granduca in Houston. It truly stands out as one of the best hotels in the city. The pool and hot tub were fantastic, providing a refreshing and relaxing experience. The rooms were spacious and incredibly comfortable, equipped with all the amenities one could ask for. The serene and quiet atmosphere added to the overall charm of the hotel. The Alba restaurant, nestled inside Granduca, served delightful breakfast and brunch options. The staff was exceptional, providing outstanding service, and the food was simply delicious. I highly recommend Hotel Granduca for a memorable and enjoyable stay in Houston.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. But the service is what really made this hotel stand out. Every person we encountered was very friendly and helpful. There was actually plenty of self parking available, some of it covered, which was nice.

My husband and I went here on an in-town getaway and it did not disappoint. The hotel feels very luxurious- lush decor, a very comfortable bed, beautiful pool and dining areas. The service was very attentive. We ordered room service and the food was great. There’s a well-equipped gym. All-in-all, would highly recommend.

Tea was perfect, and the service was icing on the cake. I love it when tea is served in courses. No rush, just the way I like my tea. Never had an empty cup. Try the hibiscus 🌺 with honey, wedge of lemon, and honey. You will thank me later.

The scones were my absolute favorite....flaky. I took one to go. We were able to compliment the shelf on his exquisite attention to detail.

When you're ready to treat yourself to an absolutely luxurious hotel stay, the Hotel Granduca is your place! Every single member of the smiling staff seems genuinely glad to see you, and they are committed to making sure you have the best stay of your life. It's a mystery how this elegant hotel can sit in a bustling part of Houston and still be so serene, but you will notice the difference right away. The rooms are impeccable, and how nice it is to step outside on a private patio and be surrounded by peace and greenery. The suites are so spacious that you will want to live in them, and actually, you can! And what is this sorcery...a real soaking tub? No way. :) If you can pry yourself away from your room, both Giorgios and Alba Ristorante are on-site and serve world-class cuisine, plus you can have a memorable meal on the patio even during below-freezing weather. (We accomplished this once during a 36-hour cold spell in H-town.) Many people have written glowing reviews about the afternoon tea, and those raves are well deserved. We simply can't say enough good things about visiting this hotel in the past year, and once again, it's the incredible staff that makes it a place to remember. A must-visit Houston experience!

04/22/2023. Was here for a light dinner. Johnny was great! He is very amicable and certainly works to provide a pleasant experience. We enjoyed having him as our serve. The drinks are tasty and not too strong. They have a good flavor profile. Appetizers and food are also superb. Giorgio has live piano music on Saturdays from 7 to 10pm. There consider about of people there but there was still sitting available. This would make for s good date night.

The room was amazingly very spacious and comfortable, the staff was pleasant nice and friendly the breakfast was awesome we are back again. Front desk and hotel management is awesome

Only experienced their high tea and it was a fabulous time. The customer service is superb. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming and quaint. I hope to get away soon to experience their hotel soon.

Was in Alba Ristorante- Ambiance was fabulous! Wine 🍷 wonderful and the performance was impeccable! Most definitely will return!

Went here for breakfast with my sister & niece, we dined poolside. Our food was freshly prepared as we ordered & visually appetizing. Staff were courteous & polite. Rich Italian inspired setting beginning at the entrance and continued throughout. Next visit will be for brunch. Enjoyed Everything!

Best hotel in town. Everything is so luxurious and its employees are always extremely educated nice and respectful.

Had afternoon tea with a friend, and I really enjoyed the sandwiches / savory items. The clotted cream served with the scones was excellent. Both teas that I tried were good (black), and I prefer the Granduca setting over other tea rooms or hotels because it is quiet, and our conversation did not compete with music and loud voices trying to occupy open echoing spaces.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. I made reservations for my husband birthday at Alba Ristorante. The attention to detail, atmosphere and cuisine was spectacular! If you are looking for something unique, elegant and high end this is the place you have been dreaming. There is nothing like this in Houston! Thank you for the greatest birthday dinner we could have asked for! You guys have exceeded all expectations!

Visited the restaurant and had lunch on the patio. Almost 100⁰ weather but the patio had fans going lots of iced water, the food was amazing (had the branzini) and the attention top notch. Highly recommend

There is no word to describe how wonderful it was to spend time here and have a nice chat with a great friend over a cup of tea and delicious sweets and savory bites.
The staff were super nice and attentive. The overall ambiance was beautiful and calming.
