My favorite part is the self checkout. We never have to wait in line. We've shopped here many times since moving to the Conroe area. The store is well organized and very bright.

As a first-time shopper to this Michael's location, I was very impressed by the cleanliness and organization of the store. The shelves were neatly stocked, making it easy to locate items. It was a very pleasant experience. I'll be back.

Lots and lots and lots of craft supplies and equipment. They also have a UPS pick up point in store. Helpful and pleasant staff.

Love Michaels. Halloween merchandise was 1/2 off. So many arts and crafts to choose from. Great selection and great prices.

I am a local florist and I frequently shop here for my brides and events. Jenna went ABOVE and BEYOND to assist me. I’m a culture where customer service is dead she was a JOY to work with. She packaged everything up well helped me look through the store and most importantly she was happy about it sincere.

Over the last few years I thave used Michael's as my "go to place" for picture framing. Art, like everything else in today's is not an inexpensive. Michaels does quality work, offering a great selection of options to choose from. In addition,great customer service oriented employees.

In the need for craft supplies? A large selection of crafter delights from beads, paints, children crafts, t-shirt crafts and baking items and loads of seasonal crafts and so much more. The store is clean. Some items were out of stock in the acrylic paint isle. Employee was very friendly and packaged my paint brushes nicely so they would not get damaged in the bag. Thanks for that! Love a personal caring touch from a cashier!

Lots of items to create things, acrylic paints. Watercolors, clay, yards etc.

I waited for the custom frame sale and upon the advice of Misha in the frame dept I ended up purchasing 4 ready made frames AND SAVED $$. Misha also helped me with an online issue with my rewards card. Excellent customer service.

It's Michaels. You go in and try not to spend all the money, enjoy all the things and leave with all of your money gone. Staff was helpful and selection was in stock. Pretty straight forward! One stop shop for my art and decorating needs.
