This management team has been amazing! They have helped me and my family since day one of moving into one of their units. We’ve been here now for over 3 years, Chris has been great and we could not love Miss Marcie more than we do now! Awesome team, great place to rent here in Tyler!

I Called Marcie when living in NC, during covid, to see about an apartment that was listed. She ended up actually getting us into a duplex that better met our needs. She brokered a deal with us and the owners to get our deposit and we moved across the country sight-unseen because of her reviews... AMAZING CHOICE!

We love it here. If we put in a work order, we'll have Oscar and Martin here within 36hrs, EVERY SINGLE TIME. Online bill pay or pay in person, nice home, great area, and we can always reach someone when needed.

We had a 16yr old A/C unit and garage door fail maybe 6 months into living here and Chris had his guys come out and replace everything with upgraded machines (commercial grade A/C and Craftsman garage setup). It is not just the typical bottom of the barrel, cheapest replacements. It's really nice that they invest in good quality things for us tenants like that; we take so much pride in maintaining the property because they actually care about our health and welfare.

I genuinely couldn't ask for a better property management team, and I don't think you could find one if you tried. We've been here for a couple years and already re-upped for a couple more; we aren't going anywhere else until we buy.

Thank you so much to Marcie, Chris, Nikki, and Justin. We genuinely appreciate y'all so much for getting us back out of The Peoples Republic of Chapel Hill, NC and back home to freedom loving Texas where we belong.

Best place I've rented from ever! Marcie in the office is hands down the whole reason we signed up - she worked with us to find a good fit, makes everything go so smoothly, and is just such a great manager! Maintenance is QUICK and I love the quality and speed of their work. We have lived in their rental for a couple of years now and didn't even hesitate to sign on for another couple of years - honestly I probably won't stay anywhere else until we end up buying a house. 10/10 and a huge shout-out to Marcie, thank you!

I have lived in one of their duplexes for 4 years and have had no problems. They repair things when needed and in a timely manner.

This company has been so nice in finding a home. I had been previously "warned" but please don't let what other people tell you stop you from your blessing. I have had no trouble out of my agents at Sterling Republic nor the property manager. They have all been very nice & welcoming. It's just like any other place; Pay your rent, be a good renter & you won't have any issues. Thanks Sterling Republic! Update: have still been with the same renting group and they’re still great people to rent from!

I live at the Country Place Apartments and they are not trashy...it's not infested with fleas. The landlord is all about character and respect. I love living where we are. Anytime anything needs fixed it's fixed promptly. The maintenance crew and office staff are the best I've ever dealt with. The property is always clean and put together nicely. I would recommend anybody live out here it's quiet and peaceful. Everybody is friendly and the property is just nice all around.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. I met Chris and he was very friendly and helpful. Referred me to a few electric companies.

My neighbors all have mentioned how quickly they respond to maintenance requests. The cleaning lady was also very friendly and even gave me tips on cleaning the bathtub quicker.

I rented from Sterling Republic for about 3 years. They always kept the property up to standards and fixed any problem with haste, and are excellent when it comes to communication. I would say the homes that are rented out are clean and are in good family friendly locations. Great company to rent from so I give it an A+ in my book!

Sterling Republic bought the property (formerly known as STONE COUNTRY APARTMENTS, now known as COUNTRY PLACE APARTMENTS) approximately two years ago. My family has lived there for the past four years and this year will make five. Since they've taken over the management of the property many improvements have been made to make it feel more like home, rather than just apartment living. Some of the improvements made include but are not limited to - the installation of gutters on all the buildings, the installation of speed bumps (making it safer for the kids playing on the playground & basketball court area), as well as the installation of much needed lighting (to ensure the safety of all residents during the evening and night time hours).

Whenever we have had a maintenance issue (no matter how major or minor the issue) the staff is & has always been prompt and courteous in resolving the issue. For instance I came home one day to find that our hot water heater had gone out and had been running all day. I called the after hours emergency maintenance number and someone was there within 30 minutes. An hour later I had a new water heater installed (and it was pouring rain that day).

Sterling Republic has also on more than one occasion hosted a cook out to foster relationships between them and the community as well as to allow for everyone to meet and get to know their neighbors.

Sterling Republic is a company that cares about its tenants and ensures that its properties are safe, maintained, and family friendly.

They are great, and helpful getting me into an apartment. I went thru some unexpected sistuation with my last relationship and it happened she took over my last apartment that lived for 5 years. They help made my living adjustment flow together smoothly. They went far and beyond as property management.

Sterling Republic (SR) has been a great company to deal with. I have performed work in many areas for the owner on business and the personal side. He takes pride in raising the quality of his properties routinely and keeping/upscaling the safety factor significantly for the tenants. The improvements I have seen take place on properties is drastic in a positive manner. As a vendor, SR is prompt, respected and a very good customer to deal with. All positive in my book. .

I have lived in my Duplex with these people for going on 2 yrs. I'm happy with them Chris is the property manager and he is fast to respond if I need anything. The office ladies are very pleasant as well.

I lived here for 4 years its a peaceful place the properties there always clean. the ownership always maintains the place nice. if the property needs fixing they are always willing to fix everything fast. and the people in the offices are really nice.I fully recommend this place if you are looking to rent a place to live.

Great company to work with, lived in one of there homes for 2 years. When we had maintenance come up the guys were on top of it. Easy to make payments and they are a local company. They have always been fair to us.

I have been a resident of Stone Country for about 7 years and have seen some great improvements here. Maintenance is very attentive than they ever have. We are very comfortable living here.

I can honestly say so far so good everyone I’ve spoken to are very nice helpful and understanding I’m glad I’ll be staying here there also nice apartments and mrs. Marci is great I really recommend these apartments if your looking for I nice kid friendly spot!!

I've rented from Sterling Republic for 5 years now and I am so satisfied with the service especially at the country place apartments they have a playground for my kids as well as a full court basketball court and 24 hr laundry facilities it's well lit at night time for easy exiting of your vehicle and entry of your apartment and the neighbors are really nice I would recommend this and many of the other properties that Sterling has to offer to my family and friends
