By far the most professional & enthusiastic person I've ever spoken to over the phone. NaTasha was very patient, considerate, and was able to empathize and answer all my questions thoroughly. I really appreciated her great attitude and I will definitely recommend this service to anyone else!!!

As a young and new real estate agent there's been hassling processes to get through. When I came to this MetroTex location for the next step in my list, Natasha did an amazing job making it feel like the easiest thing. Everything was thoroughly explained and questions were welcomed with a big smile. They've got a great team!

I just want to give the HIGHEST KUDO'S (sp?) possible to MetroTex! I called with some issues and needed help. I specifically asked for Melissa but this person had moved. I fell into member-rep K'Dejai H. She was fantastic! She quickly helped me with my problem. This prompted me to ask more questions, which she (again) quickly jumped on and addressed. She was so pleasant. Although she is obviously a "baby" she gave me "old school" customer service...which is still appreciated in 2023! If the rest of your staff is anywhere close to Melissa, and especially K'Dejai H. your association is the best in the land!

It has been memorable since the 1st encounter w/her in 2012 when I joined [I noted her name then, because she was so nice]. When I changed Brokers, there was a mixup, both CCAR & MetroTex were very professional!

Employee was very helpful, its was a very quiet place. I was surprised at how many products they have for REALTORS aside from yard signs.
