If you’re like me and you’ve purchased a new phone, online through sprint which is now t mobile - do yourself a favor and visit the gem lake store for a new and incredible t mobile experience. This crew is knowledgeable able and very helpful.

Matt was awesome helping us get what we needed! After dealing with 2 previous stores, and 2 lengthy customer service calls, it was refreshing to come across an associate that truly LISTENED and aimed to endure our needs were met. Nothing more, nothing less. I was impressed.

Thank you Ben & Becca for your patience & great assist. Made us feel like family, got us an honest & affordable deal. Totally will refer y'all. T-mobile did Sprint a favor by merging. Sprint charged me for services I wasn't aware I was being charged for, customer service minimal. No paper billing so people have no idea what they are paying for.

I love TMobile being so close to me. Rather than I travel, I just whip in and generally whip out. The staff is Amazing ❣Just keep the manager there in place. I think she’s pretty darn amazing also. Had Boost for a long time, decided to try this and have been pleased with the service, experience and representatives of TMobile. Am totally satisfied.

Maliyah was super friendly and helpful. Very patient and made sure to help to the extent she could with our issue even though it took a while and a lot of patience. Definitely recommend this location and her!!

Love this location. The new store manager Jacqueline was so genuine and helpful. Rope took his time to help me find the best deal and made sure I had everything I needed to be satisfied with my phone. Definitely recommend this store all the way!

My wife and I have been having a lot of troubles with sprint. Went into T-Mobile to see what they could do to help and they got us taken care of! Kristian, Kaden, and Brandon were awesome and super helpful! 10/10 would recommend!

I have been to many different t-mobile/Sprint Stores but this one is the best in a long shot. We have been trying to merge with T-MOBILE for two weeks and been to two others and those were unhelpful. This store on the other hand was amazing and helpful, Matthew and Chuck, spent the time to answer questions and help merge without trouble. If you ever need help or anything I highly recommend this store.

I have not shopped here yet but I did want to brag on Mason! He was both very professional and helpful over the phone. Mason gets customer service and is willing to go above and beyond for his customers!

Best experience ever with a phone company! Rope was extremely patient and helpful. Purchased new service and two new phones in shorter amount of time than it took to deactivate from Att. If there were a higher rating than 5stars I would award it.

I work across the street and accidentally had a very expensive Christmas present delivered to the t-mobile store. The employees there were honest and had my package waiting for me when I got there. It could have easily been taken, but it was safe and sound. Just wanted to say thank you to the employees at T-mobile

There's a reason I've been a customer 7 years and its due to the customer service with Tmobile. The entire staff at the Gem lake location went well above and beyond for me the other day without me even asking. I will continue to be a loyal customer and will continue to go to this location in particular just because of the staff..

Fish helped me get a TMobile Internet box!! She was awesome & very nice! The speed of my service was spot on!! Thank you TMobile & thank you to your amazing employees!!

They are very good at doing everything you need. They ordered our screen savers and did an amazing job putting them on when we got them.
