Physicians Surgical Hospitals: Quail Creek Surgical Hospital

I had surgery on 2/8/24. Everything went like clockwork. I had day surgery. I arrived at 5:30 and left at 11:30. Everyone kept me informed on the process they were doing and the next step after they left me. I woke up feeling all warm and cozy. Monica, physical therapist, was super nice and walked me around in the unit. This was at BSA hospital since my insurance was slow to approve my procedure and the physician was on call at the hospital. Great experience throughout my stay. Kudos to all my care givers.

I had surgery on Nov 7th and the entire experience was the BEST I've ever had for any medical procedure. Every staff member that I met was kind and reassuring - which is exactly what I needed. I went there feeling very anxious - and I left feeling cared for in the best of ways. I specifically remember Hali - who was from my hometown of Clovis, who calmed my nerves - probably without even realizing it. There are some gaps in my memory from that day, but I also remember Mallorie, Liz and Desirea - all of whom were extremely attentive - and above all - kind. I apologize to those whose names I can't recall - but suffice to say - EVERY one of them was wonderful - and totally professional! Having any surgery is frightening - and having people like these caring for you makes all the difference. I recommend Quail Creek for anyone that needs their services - and is hoping for a professional and very comforting experience! Sincere thanks to all!

The staff were very friendly and professional. Hospital is very clean. They gave me a get well soon card after my surgery and a phone call to follow up with me. Quail Creek is an excellent Hospital.

Quail Creek Surgery Center is a beautiful well kept facility. All the staff were extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Would always be my choice if there is a need.

The post surgery care that I received at Quail Creek Surgery Center was fantastic. I have had 3 surgeries there in the last 9 months and everytime I have had exceptional care. Melinda Hill was my night nurse for all 3 stays and she is the best you can get for care.

The care I received was way more than 5 stars if there was such thing. Every one was very professional wow more than words can say.

From check in through the surgery and release the staff was attentived, appeared concerned about my health and comfort and helped me into the car on the way out.

The entire staff was very pleasant, helpful and professional. I can't say enough about the wonderful treatment we got at Physicians Surgical Hospital. I can't remember all of the names, but Bryan, Lacey plus so many others made the journey as pleasant as possible. Thanks, George Hanna

I received excellent care From The doctors and nurses. While I was treated at the physicians surgical hospital Quail Creek facility was great.

Everyone was great and so kind.. Jeslynn and Ariana were so kind and so polite.. I was pretty out of it but I remember these two girls on the first day and day shift.. They know what they are doing.. very professional! Everyone was great and treated all of us so kindly! ♥ staff is wonderful and I was in good hands. Thank you Dr T Britten and the anesthesiologists!

The facility is extremely clean. The patient rooms are large and the doors are heavy, blocking virtually all hallway noise. The staff is kind, capable, responsive and personable.

I had surgery last week and my team did an excellent job. This was the best hospital experience I have ever had.

The care I received at Quail Creek was superlative. The nursing staff, culinary support, and physical therapists all went above and beyond for me. Highly recommend.

Clean, fast, very polite, caring. It seems like a lot of medical field employees are loosing their spunk and kindness but it really makes a difference. Especially when you're a person that has to deal with medical often. Thank you everyone!!!
