This restaurant has carry out only. The portions are HUGE. When you order a burrito, you get a HUGE burrito that is the size of 2 burritos and you also get a side of rice, a side of beans and all the side sauces. The food was piping hot and was very good. We could not finish our food.

Did an online order for pick up and I was impressed by the food and Customer Service. Chicken was flavorful and moist. And that onion! I had to walk back up to ask a question and the young lady didn’t speak English but she was smart. She got the customer behind me to assist . She was sweet and the woman that gave me my food. They’ll see me more often.

They have amazing smoked chicken tacos, the el pastor and steak are delicious has well. I love the loaded potato too. Never got anything i didn’t like from these guys. HEAVY HITTERS

I love coming here.i live in north Austin 30min away from this location but The food is always fresh and hot. Elizabeth, Edis and the rest of the team are always friendly with a great customer's service. Highly recommended 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻

I ordered a large chips and salsa to go, along with my Grubhub order, about a week ago. The chips in my order were slighty soggy and weren't very edible. The young ladies were more than happy to correct my order and definitely made my day! They were also personable, kind, and professional during the correction process. I can't spell in Spanish too confidently, if so, I would!

A place you can never go wrong. Excellent chicken and salsa verde with fantastic workers making it. Come here all the time and would highly recommend it!

The best chicken and beef, grilled and otherwise. The closest thing to a critique is that I’d love it if they brought back the large steak taco. Excellent service and convenient online order. I’ve also used and recommend their catering service.

The food is good but the wait times are absurd. They are only doing takeouts but the wait times after you get there is absurd. I had to wait 30 minutes after my pickup time just to pick up my order. There were at least 10 people just standing there outside and not everyone were pleased about it.

Patricia was a very nice attendee! Even used patience and professionalism when there was a language barrier between a customer. Very nice to see!!

This particular Regio always has the best food. The chicken is cooked well. The staff is always the friendliest!

I've been eating this chicken almost 20 years and it's the best quick chicken in town. Love the grilled onions and beans they serve with it. And you never have to wait too long. The neighborhood and chicken have both gone way up in price but it's still A+!

They’ve got the best grilled chicken out of all the spots. The service is so attentive and they’re very patient despite all the questions I had. The staff is helpful in deciding what size meal is best for how many people you’re feeding. I will always come to this spot!
