Seriously great burgers!! My pic doesn't even do it justice. They're huge and flavorful and not greasy at all, just juicy 🤤 can't wait to come back and try the rest of the menu!

I picked up the BIG mine burger n sweet potato fries, n fried chicken to go. The burger had shrimp, cheese and bacon !! Yum!!The sweet tea was so good y'all. Super fantastic service here too. They treat you like family here. You get what you give. I'll come back for more items on the menu, like fried cabbage and ox tails. Treat yourself to a great meal. ❤

This place is straight up unbelievable! Great soul food and awesome environment with that southern flavor. Any chance I get whenever me n my partners are in the area we make this a mandatory stop… trust me you will not be disappointed! The menu is filled with many options that will keep you coming back for more. Be sure to post up in the back and enjoy your food with a big cup of tea and smile till the end. 💪💯

Great Whole crispy catfish, Mac n cheese was amazing. 10 large wingz an kids plate, 2 large tenders with nice big thick fries.

Called in my order a little before 7 and when I got there it was still being cooked and the gentleman behind the counter asked me if this was my first time there and was telling me I was about to go in on this burger. Which I absolutely did this burger had thick cut bacon on to of a big square of melted cheese with a patty thicker then your baby momma and a side of extra crispy fries. Would definitely come back

Amazing food 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 and service. The food was cooked fresh and tasted like Authentic southern food should taste like. So happy I found this spot. The moment you walk in u know it's going to be great. Sweet was always on point. Highly recommend going here. The quality and quantity 👌🏾. One of the best fried chicken I've had.

Omg the food is Amazing!!!! This is Caroline and I just discovered this place yesterday and I have already ordered twice. The Macaroni was so delicious and I’m not a macaroni person. The wings were sooo good!!! A must try for anyone who loves wings and macaroni !!!

Delicious! Comfort food for sure! I enjoyed my burger and it put me straight to sleep. Worth it for sure, I enjoyed the service and food and will be back to try more. I got the burger with shrimp and it was more than enough food, you won’t be hungry. Guaranteed!

I’ve been eating here for years and the food is always fresh and well prepared. My boys love the burgers. I love the fish and chicken omg the kool aid is so good!!! He likes to have fun and talk smack with a smile but has a huge heart. One of the best soulfood/ American grills in the Austin area.

The best soul food place around I’ve been here twice and never been disappointed everything is seasoned nice and cooked well the owner of the place is an amazing dude inspiring story and I promise I will be back again after this nap from the itis this food gave me ! Just wanted to let Fred know that he was so right about how we would enjoy his good food ! I ordered for our office 2 chicken sandwiches with fries/sweet potato fries and a huge 2 patty cheeseburger! All 3 were the biggest we ever had in Manor! None of us could finish and now we have dinner! All of us wanted to say thank you so much for delicious food with great seasonings etc ! We will definitely be returning in near future! Prices are great as well!

Damn good food, never a dull moment with the owner who will speak to differently but in having a sense of humor. A truly great guy to meet and chef. I recommend everyone to eat here that truly loves soul food, Cajun food, and sea food. You get your money worth and some in taste, quality, fast service, cooked at perfection and agood time. Been in Austin for a week spending time with my daughter. And we have ate out every night. And this place was by far, the best food I’ve had since I’ve been here. We got fried chicken , smothered pork chops and chicken tenders. And it was sooo good!

Popped in on a Monday and saw they had oxtails on the menu. I’m not an oxtail eater, but my husband is. He’s tried them all over Austin.

I don’t need to leave a review about my fish & shrimp plate. I read all the others and agree 100%. So DITTO.

Let me tell you about the oxtails and sides. We were in soul food heaven. The cabbage, red beans & rice, macaroni and cheese, and yams will all take you on a journey. I mean it will make you miss your elders and start singing old spirituals. My husband said the oxtails were by far the best in the WORLD. Yep, he said that. He only makes them on Monday so place your order early. Our search is over.

Popped in for lunch with my wife since it’s been on our list of places to try and we ordered the cheeseburgers to start off and they where amazing full of flavor and juicy fresh toppings we can’t wait to go back and try the rest of the menu.

First time trying this spot out. Left here 10 mins ago with a plate full of fried chicken, fries & Mac & cheese. The chef told me it was bomb, and I’m hooked. That’s all I’m gonna say. 🙌🏾

Fred was absolutely amazing, the food was to die for and the service was over the top! He greated us with one of the biggest smile and treated us like family! Definitely coming back when we come back next year!!!

Food is always on point!! Fred makes your soul shake when you eat there. You have to pre order but he makes it all worth the wait!!

Cheeseburger was Awesome! Sweet Tea Perfect! Customer service was humorous and authentic!
