Wills Point DO It Best Hardware

The service at Wills Point Hardware was incredible. I had 5 or 6 diverse items I needed and I asked the gentleman at the cash register. He immediately gave me the correct aisles, location and in one case even the color of the packaging. I was in and out in 5 minutes. Also very impressed that they had high quality VP Racing 2-cycle pre-mixed fuel on hand.

5/30/20 this was my second trip to this hardware store and it was sucesfull. I was looking for a larger than normal door frame strike plate. I looked in two other stores in my community prior to going to this store, they didn't have it. Because it was a special type to accommodate an unstable slab, it was not cheap. The important thing to me is, they had exactly what I was looking for. The staff was very helpful as usual, and it's always nice to be able to find and ask someone with years of experience questions about my project, unlike the big chain stores. I love this store and could walk around and look at all the hardware items for hours. You guys that do your own home repairs will understand.

Two weeks prior, My first visit to this store, but it won't be the last. It's an old school hardware store, they had everything one might need for home repairs, farm needs. They had electrical and plumbing items of all kinds. They had pins, plugs, and a vast selection of nuts and bolts. It's nice to be able to find what you need, and not have to settle for something that might work. Not much of a lumber selection but they did have the basics and dry wall. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Outstanding store.

Love to shop locally. Service was fast and very friendly. Also ran into an old co-worker I had not seen in over a year. Just a great place to go. Not to mention they had everything on my list. Thanks

I love this store- so much more convenient than driving all the way to Terrell or Canton, and they always have what I want because they stock a great selection of items for home and garden needs. The staff is fantastic, and they're always able to help me figure out the right supplies for my project, even when it's not something that has a standard fix.

The employees is reason i trade here. Terri, super nice lady, as are all staff. When customer walks in door, always welcomed with "Do you need help to find anything?" OR "what are we working on today sir" also staff becomes personable with repeat customers. But not too nosey.
That being said I cannot say that the layout of the store is the best I've seen and sometimes you have to step over the stock that just came in even a little messy at times but the staff is what brings you in and keeps you coming back they are great. After all it is a small town hardware store so they don't score a whole lot of the same thing but they do have just about everything and a wonderful staff

We recently did a large project that required many trips to get pieces that were overlooked by my poor planning. Great store... super fast, helpful, and knowledgeable. On my last trip, I parked my truck by their warehouse and someone met me in the parking lot and asked what I was getting. It was loaded by the time I got back outside - no questions asked. Staff is knowledgeable on every odd item that I asked about on every trip. As mentioned in a previous review - someone is going to ask you if you need help. The difference is, they can actually help you with out having to go through the 'orange apron run a round' that is prevalent at other big box stores.

Just love this little store !! They are ready to help you when you walk in the door - had a plumbing issue and they talked me through it and got me what I needed saving me many dollars for a plumber that was totally not needed ... they also stock some of the coolest stuff ... I always walk out with a little something cool - more than I came in for .. LOL

I had the best experience with the sweetest people that work there they helped me with every single thing that I was looking for and even color-matched a tiny piece of paint for me!

Wonderful staff very polite.. Everytime I go in there if they don't have what I need they will get it. One of the best stores in town.

Awesome place to go, instead of having to drive out of the way for something, Dale offers a large variety of knowledge and experience on working on and picking out what u need.

Moving a ton of stuff needed lots of boxes had all I could fit in my car. Even helped lead everything you need for moving and anything else in hardware needs. Wonderful staff
