O'Reilly Auto Parts

I was helped by Rob (Robert) and he was exceptional at his job. I was confused & not sure what part I needed. He was able to look up my car & decipher exactly what parts I needed to fix my brakes. Amazing customer service. Every part was 100% correct & he even showed me other parts I might need just in case he was wrong. Which he was not!!! Thank you Rob :)

The employees at this location went above and beyond to help me when my alternator went out near the end of a very hot, very bad day. They were kind, extremely helpful, and did much more than their job required of them. One of them even went so far as to give me a hug when I was near tears. I cannot recommend this location enough. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.

I've been to this store multiple times, they are always willing to assist me with car issues. Even walked across the parking lot to test my battery when my car wouldn't start.

Went to drop off some used oil and several employees came to assist me. Overall I'd have to say they provide excellent service. Do recommend.

Power steering pump went out on me and shredded my belt. Went the extra mile to help me get my pulley switched over to the new one. Had to do roadside repair on it, so it saved a bunch of time and effort for me.

Didn't have everything I needed, but the staff was great.

They tested my battery and the starter and alternator yo make sure the battery was all that was wrong. They carried the old battery in for me because its too heavy for me.

Best customer service I've found in 10 years. The whole crew. Only auto parts store I'll go to anymore.

My headlight shorted out ,the manager of the wills point Oreilly's came out
( I bought the part) he rewired the headlight and I appreciated that very much....thank you Wills Point Oreilly Auto Parts
