Very clean, very friendly staff and great location.

I love Jimmy Johns! The staff are nice. The location is convenient to those downtown but if you try to go during peak times and are driving there it can be difficult to find parking close by.

This place is the best, they have the nicest manager. The other day she very accommodating to my catering order I placed for work.

Never a complaint. Food is always fresh and good and building is always clean. Gloves always used...

Excellent quality, in food quality, restaurant cleanliness, and customer service. Top marks across the board for the server, Makenna, she was absolutely excellent and nailed my order.
