Keel Edwin a MD

I have used Dr Keel as my primary care doctor for years and have done well with the clinic. He has 2 certified nurse practitioners who can help you get your diagnosis and treatment in a timely manner. They don’t take appointments so sometimes it may be overcrowded but they do the best they can. I really like that you don’t have to go elsewhere for labs and x-rays. That may seem to slow the process down as you have to wait for them to process the labs but, this is a timesaver and also gives me peace of mind that I don’t have to go somewhere and wait days to get results. The office is clean and bright.

Dr is though and to the point. He listens. One thing at a time. This is how it works. Had a new trainee I was fortunate to meet that was going into general practice as an crnp. Very pleasant.

Staff is great! And very good with my kids!

He is amazing and he really helps me but I gave it 4 stars because I always have to spend 4 or 5 hours in there and a 1 hour is in the waiting room

I asked a nurse if I could leave after being checked and she said no because you haven't been discharged. I told her that I had been there three hours and i felt horrible to which her reply was, "we're busy, sorry." I will never go back!!!

I signed in at 11:00 am with about 5 people in front of me. At 11:55 I asked if I owed anything on my balance and they told me they haven’t gotten to my chart yet! I didn’t know it took over an hr to set a patient up. I’ve been to other offices and it’s nowhere near this wait. This will be the last time I use this office.
Edit/Update: it is now 1:30 pm and i have yet to see the doctor. Time is money and I’m not getting back these 3 hrs lost...

Patience are sleeping in the waiting room due to l o n n n n g wait.
Keels expertise is as lame as his waiting room.

I will never ever go back there.
Neither will anyone I know who went there.
Avoid at all costs.
