McDonald's

I was so pleasantly surprised by my experience here that I just had to let them know. It was just the way I remember McDonald's being many years ago. Fast service, very friendly, courteous server, and food was delicious and hot. The French fries were especially good.

Let me just say that this McDonald’s was a breath of fresh air. It’s the first time in a long time that I have went into a McDonald’s and it has felt like the good old days. There was even a child’s birthday party going on in the play area. I was in town on a weekend getaway and it was the only place I could find to get some school work done because all of the coffee shops that had wifi were closed. The staff was very friendly. 😀

Used the drive through. Was crowded but i got through fast. I did have to park and wait on my order.

This may not seem like a big deal to others, but I have been ordering happy meals for almost 4 years now, because my extremely picky toddler will only eat the chicken nuggets. I have ALWAYS requested a toy for a child 3 & under, & I never get one. I was beginning to believe this particular toy didn’t exist. We stopped at the McDonald’s in Fort Payne while on a road trip, & was so excited to get my 1st ever toddler toy in the happy meal. Thank you McDonald’s in Fort Payne!

One of the only fast food restaurants I've never had a single issue with

Nice and friendly staff food was good. Everything was clean,very satisfied.

Friendly staff, clean restaurant, good food and my child loved the play area. I tried the Pico guacamole burger and it was amazing. Never thought that guacamole, ranch, and cheese all 3 would be that good.

The manager here is great; the staff was welcoming and customer service oriented. The restaurant overall was very clean, the service was excellent and the food was pretty good.

When traveling to Huntsville this McDonald's happens to be the stopping point for lunch every time.

The staff was amazing. They were friendly and focused on customer service. We dined in. They brought the food to our table, and came out to get our trays when we were finished eating. The food was piping hot and freshly cooked. I rarely go to a fast food restaurant, but I will definitely go back to the McDonald’s in Fort Payne, AL!

Cashier was very nice. Could tell she loved working there and restaurant was well organized and managed. Food was great. Very clean even with the amount of traffic at a peak time.

The cleanest McDonald's we have been in, in a long time. For one they had someone cleaning tables between customers. My husband was very impressed with how clean the men's restroom was & spoke with the manager on duty to complement them.

The staff is very friendly and professional enough. I have never had any issues from this location. My food has always been to order and hot to serve. The drive thru is efficient and relatively quick. Going inside to eat is also quick and efficient almost always taking less than 10 minutes for them to have your order ready.

My family & I were driving home from Cape Cod, MA today & decided to stop at this location. We had a pretty big order for 5 people. I was amazed at how the order was taken & repeated; not to mention the order was correct the 1st time without having to go back for one minute thing. This should be a training store compared to the store we have here in Calera. Top Notch service & we'll be definitely stopping here when where in North Alabama!
