Great work by the Chem-Dry team of east Alabama. The team of two young gentlemen protected the home and tried their best to restore carpets to new. I was most impressed by the time they took to clean an old couch that was in desperate need of cleaning. I was thoroughly impressed with the efforts on restoring this old couch to like new.

On time, friendly respectful workers. I first used them to clean 2 large area rugs and 2 bedroom carpets. Then I had them come back and clean my couch. Very pleased and even asked them to redo a couple spots and they were more than happy to do it. Competitive pricing. Would use again.

This is the second time I have used ChemDry to clean my carpets. Each time the service has been prompt, efficient, and professional. My home was treated with care. The technicians were friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was well cleaned.

I have used Chem-Dry on two occasions. They are professional, dependable, and they stand by their work. Not to mention they were the best price in town. I had carpet with multiple dark stains almost 10 years old, and I asked them to do the best they could, hoping to lighten them a bit. When I came home, every stain had all but disappeared! I wish I had reached out to them earlier. Outstanding service, highly recommend!

Shane is amazing! We use his company for our student housing property anytime we need carpets cleaned for our hallways, elevators and bedrooms. He is very responsive and quick to fit us in. highly recommend their services!!!

Shane and Houston were great. Carpets look good! Some are old and even they came up nicely. The new ones look BRAND new. So far, no bleed through stains like I'm used to with wetter processes. It did take a little longer to dry than the couple of hours noted, but it was rainy and humid. Highly recommend.

I will definitely recommend East Alabama Chem-Dry to friends and family! From the scheduling of the day and time to come out to my home to the final results, I was Very Impressed! You would think they were just starting and doing everything to build their business up yet they have been in business for 17 years. The professionalism of the men that came to my house was on top. They were able to get spots out of my son's carpet that I thought would be impossible to get out. I like the fact that they Do Not have to saturate my carpets to clean them. After they left, the clean smell was wonderful! Like I said from the start, I will Definitely recommend them to anyone who needs their carpets cleaned
