Charlene at H&R Block was professional, got my taxes done accurately and quickly, and gave me great advice for next year! I already scheduled an appointment for next years taxes.

I was 3 days away from may 17th. I called the w. King st office & spoke with janet. I was a lottery winner and was a little confused about the process of deducting my losses from lottery tickets. I couldn't physically go to the office because of work. She suggested that I bring in my paperwork and they'll call me when it's done! Monica prepared my refund for me. She called me when it was done said I could ok it in my email. I'm not very good with alot of options on my phone. I wanted to come in and sign instead. So I got an appointment for sunday. She explained everything to me, even though I had many questions and comments! She even helped me with installing the hr blocks app. So I could finish the process (I guess since I looked at the email then I had to.) After the preparation had all been explained and signed by me she suggested I take half my refund to start up a retirement account (which I currently do NOT have) she said THAT would even give me a tax deduction for next years t
