Fort Payne Dekalb Theatre

You can tell a lot of work has been put into getting the Theatre up and operating. Well done City of Fort Payne. It still has the charm of a vintage theatre but completely updated. I have seen several concerts there as well as one dinner show. Recently we took our daughter to meet the Author and Illustrator of Pete the Cat at the Theatre, it was fantastic. Great job 👍 on everything I have experienced there so far. Looking forward to seeing more entertainment there.

We saw a school play of Beauty and the Beast. All of the cast did an excellent job. We had a wonderful experience.

Wonderful historic building! I love it there! Even at the very top you get an excellent view and experience watching the shows that go on there! I love the courtyard. Courtyard concerts are free events that are scheduled for every other Tuesday. Great time to picnic and unwind from a crazy Monday and Tuesday at work! I love it there! Maury Roberts is amazing. Ryan Keef is this incredible musician that hosts the free event. Do yourself a favor and check his stuff out!!!

Went to see Appetite For Destruction. Got tickets in advance and saved money. Our first time here. We had a great time and they serve beer and wine which was an unexpected plus. Will definitely keep an eye out for upcoming events and will definitely go back.

New South wrestling was incredible and I really hope they come back to DeKalb theater.

Beautifully historic and fairly ornate building! Nearly equal to the majestic Fox Theater in Atlanta. If you go during a street event, you can usually find the doors open and can take a few pics for free.

Watched Taxon play there tonight and it was so good

My band (Faithhead) played here to support a fellow bands (A world turned black) album release. The production staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. This is a great venue to reserve for a show for your band.

Great venue for speaking engagements

First time I've ever been in the old theater, went to watch the best of British, was an awesome show, great seating, the acoustics of that old theater are amazing and the staff was informative , courteous and professional, my wife and I will most definatley be back for more, shows, plays and tributes there . Thank you DeKalb theater for a great show .

Just attended a middle school play called Frozen Junior....it was excellent, the kids did a fantastic job....and it was held at a beautiful theatre....!!

A awesome attraction and piece of our local history. Saw many movies and matinee s as a teen there. My 1st kiss. Grin

Really great experience when visiting Night of Worship hosted by The Well of Fort Payne!! The nicest church I have ever attended.

Great place, been going there for several years to see Jeff Cook,and The GoodTime Band, Lisa Cook and Me And The Girls, and guest liners awesomely GREAT TIME!!!!

Love this venue! Nice to have such a wonderful facility so close to home.

Wonderfully restored home town theater which serves the Fort Payne, Alabama area a place for community events like concerts, plays, reunions.

Sweet old school movie theatre that features regular music concerts and community events in an intimate setting. Always a good time.

Friend of mine got married here in the garden part was a beautiful Wedding:)
