We came in on a Sunday morning with a sick child. Staff was very compassionate with him and understanding. The doctor didn’t rush and took his time looking over everything I had concerns with.

Was very pleased with the care they showed my husband,,, he was very sick,,, did X-rays, blood work,, urine test,,, after the results, they called to check on him several times through the week,, ,,,, we will be using them again for any illnesses,,, faster than an emergency room.

I was extremely surprised and happy with my visit. I was treated nicely by the staff and my caregiver " heard me" , didn't judge me. She was so understanding and didn't just put on airs about caring..... she genuinely cares. I will be back to this place whenever I need medical attention.

The Dr's and staff helped me getting mri and referral to neurosurgeon...I could not seem to get help anywhere...what a blessing and great help the folks here were ...all were so caring and really helpful...I do appreciate them

Doctors Med Care has provided excellent health care for myself and my husband for over 15. We have always received excellent care, meaning a diagnosis, along with enough medication to fully recover.
As far as a wait time, you can expect this facility to be busy at times, on weekends, and during flu season. If you call and ask the receptionist she will gladly tell you the wait time. And they offer the option of waiting in your car and you will receive a text when it's your turn. I can say I have never had an extended wait time. Usually in and out in less than an hour. On our last visit, my husband and I were both in and out in less than an hour. The wait at the drugstore was all most longer wait!
I feel very fortunate to have a go-to place for myself and my family here in Fort Payne. The care we receive is complete. And the down-to-earth staff is always a comfort while you're sick.

Outstanding!!! I had read several negative reviews and was hesitant to come here. I'm glad I decided to stop in. From the Receptionist to the Lab Techs, Nurses and the Dr, it was as good an experience a sick person could hope to have. Including all paperwork I had to fill out, blood work, diagnosis and treatment I was out of there in 75 minutes. They even sent my prescriptions directly to a local drug store to fill. Highly recommend!

Quick service and pleasant staff. The doctor was thorough and kind. They even called a few days later to make sure I was feeling better.

They always take great care of me! The nurses are always very friendly with me, even when they are busy. I can't speak for all doctors there because I have not seen them all. I usually see Tyson Rainier and I appreciate that he listens. I have also seen Elizabeth Cole, and she always listens as well. This place is my go to.

I’ve always had a great experience here, they do get a little backed up due to covid, but truthfully I don’t know what clinic isn’t backed up due to covid right now! Highly recommend the nurse practitioner Ty Rainer! Staffs always been super sweet.

After being turned away from 3 other med-care clinics, for a severely injured ankle, Doctors MedCare came to the rescue. They came out with wheelchair- helped my wife get out of car immediately took x-rays, luckly it was not broken, referred to orthopedic doctor, wrapped foot and called in prescriptions. In turn,preventing a trip to the ER. Everyone was extremely helpful and professional

They saved my husband’s life. He went in for a swollen knee and fever and they immediately recognized that it was staph and sent him to an orthopedic doctor in Gadsden who did surgery that day. They said if he had gotten there later he would have been septic and would have died. The doctor from Med Care even called to check on my husband and told him he was praying for him.

I was not from the area so I had no clue where to go, but I’m glad I picked these guys!! Everyone was very friendly! They got me in and out very quickly! Wonderful staff!! If anyone needs a clinic I highly recommend using them!

This is a Great place to go when your sick. From the receptionist to the nurses and doctor I received excellent service. This is a very compassionate and caring facility.

came today bc i was really sick and although i had to wait a while (because they are short staffed from covid) everyone was real friendly. overall 10/10
