Excellent service from Clint who fixed a gas leak at my house. The gas leak was the fault of the so-called professional company who installed my new heating system. I can't say enough nice things about Clint who was nice, helpful, and knew what he was doing.

These are some good people. Turned my gas on and when I needed them again they were here.

I recently decided to convert to an on demand gas water heater after an issue with my electric one. David Clayton, in customer service, went above and beyond to see that I wasn’t left without hot water. The two young men who did the installation were very courteous and did a great job. They even removed my old water heater, which I know wasn’t an easy task given it was located in my crawl space. It is refreshing in this day and age to deal with a company that really cares about their customers.

Very good customer service. Once a year they offer to dust out and light the pilot light on gas logs. Good place to buy natural gas appliances too. Customer web portal is very easy to use.
