Mr T trained me to become the best version of myself i’ve ever known.

we did pretty good in the competitions too! if you have the commitment to show up for him he will show up for you and he will challenge you more then just physically. he was a true mentor. his personal training sessions go till utter muscle failure where you’re screaming out loud!!! showed me how to connect my mind to each muscle i needed to work.. while confirming in my ear that i am more then i know. that i should see all that i am. bc he could see my potential. he spoke hope and success over me.

this is a rare opportunity to find anymore these days.
