Zkano Socks Mill Shop

I've bought Zkano socks for the last several years. This year, I bought them as Xmas gifts for my family. I love them; they are well made, have awesome designs, made with cotton and they last. And, I'm buying from a U.S. small business. My sock drawer is filled with Zkano socks.

My second order of socks are on the way! This will be my third group of Zkano goodness! My first few pair were gifts - wonderful gifts. These are the longest lasting socks I’ve ever bought. I’m still sporting a few pair I’ve had for 7 years or more. Shipping was fast! Customer service is super friendly!

I have been buying Zkano socks for years! The quality is hard to beat. They last forever. And the styles, oh my, the styles. Different colors and patterns EVERY SEASON, EVERY YEAR. It's amazing how creative one small company can be with their products. I absolutely love accessorizing and matching my scarves, cardigans, coats and recently masks with my socks. So much fun! Bonus - Made in Alabama, USA! Highly, highly recommend this small family owned business's line to anyone! It's a must buy for me when giving gifts for all occasions.

At first, the socks that I received were great! Very soft and fit well. However, after three of four washes, they began to lose elasticity. The ankle socks began to slip down, around my heel and half way off of my feet as I was wearing them. I thought it was just a default in one of my socks, but this happened to all three pair that I ordered. I called ZKano to let them know. They responded with sympathy, but never offered to replace or refund my money. I have thrown all three pairs of socks into the trash as I can not wear them if they fall off of my feet. I was excited to find socks that were sourced and manufactured here in the US, but now am disappointed in the product and customer service.

UPDATE: ZKano did reach out to me and offered to replace the socks I ordered. Apparently, there was a bad batch in production. The replacement socks have lasted and maintained the “stretch” and elasticity.

These are my favorite socks that I have ever owned!!! The material is so comfortable for all day wear and I always put them on when I know I'll be on my feet for a lot of the day. I always recommend these socks to my friends and family and get compliments every time I wear them. I look forward to ordering more as they are always putting out new styles! Cannot recommend enough!

Take the time to find this little shop. They have a great selection and the socks are amazing. We bought several pair. The pair I got just because I thought they were cute, fit so well and are very comfortable...great quality. I bought some that were on sale because they looked comfy and they feel amazing. I have put on a pair at the end of the day...everyday since I got them.
The ladies working there were so friendly. We were passing through on a rainy day and they talked to us like old friends and were happy to answer any questions and offer info to help with selections.
The store is several hours from my home but I plan to return...just for socks. But I will probably shop online before then. A+ for made in Alabama!
