I’m 57 years old and I’ve purchased several vehicles in my lifetime, but this purchase was by far the absolute best I’ve ever experienced!!! Ed Baker took very good care of ALL my wants and needs from start to finish!!! This was the fastest purchase I’ve ever made and if you have ever purchased a vehicle you know some dealerships take forever and they also take advantage, but I can honestly say my experience was totally transparent!!! I don’t even know where to start. I contacted this dealer through the Internet and was immediately contacted by Jarvon. We live 7 HOURS away. No dealer close to us was competitive in price nor willingness to locate what we wanted. I’ve done my fair share of new vehicle purchases and I was ready for the old bait and switch as soon as I arrived. It never happened. They were very quick to respond for a simple task of checking the tire pressure. The warning light had come on due to the cold temperatures.

Great experience overall. Sales rep called us as soon as the car we wanted came in. He was knowledgeable about the car and was not hesitant to ask for help when he didn't know an answer. They gave us what we asked for on our trade in. And the sales rep volunteered to help with any questions after the sale. We got the car we wanted at a reasonable price all in one stop.
