Bought a car from here about ten years ago. The battery was bad brought it back and they replaced it right away and even replaced the terminals. No charge. I stopped by yesterday and we're very friendly and seem to be willing to work with me. I plan to get a car in the next couple weeks. Seems like a good old fashioned buy here pay here lot.

Almost sold me a decent used Nissan Altima. Only problem was a sensor needed to be replaced and could eventually cause the car not to run. The sensor was about $50. I asked if they would fix and and they said no. Even offered cash for the car they wouldn't budge down much from the 4-fold profit they were asking for it. These used car dealers in Fort Payne are not worth doing business with. Go somewhere else and save your money and get a better vehicle with a better deal.

I wouldn't even give them one star but it made me. My son bought a car from here. Made every payment on the 1st of the month. The back axil went out in the car. We took it down there and their ai called machinic basically told us we are liars. Went to test drive it with him in it. It made the same noise it has been making. Their so called machinic said " that's funny, it never made that noise before." We told them to keep the car. Don't won't junk and keep paying for it. Well got home yesterday and found out they wanted him to make his car payment even though his car is at the shop. Still not fixed. Y'all are scammers who pray on the weak and poor. You will never have a 5 star business treating your good customers this way...... We will take our money elsewhere!!!

The employees don’t seem to care more abt selling cars than being arrogant. I asked a singular question abt the papers I was having to fill out and then he blew up saying “this ain’t gonna work. I can read between the lines. I know what you will be like” and so I jus walked out.

Not worth your time or money. They sell nothing but trash vehicles. Truck broke down within 2 weeks. They offered a Van in replacement. Breaks down constantly. Sent worker Jose to my house, creeped around my yard. Trespassing on my property results in charges and I will prosecute. Trash company, Trash people, Trash businesses. This goes for 24/7 too.

These people are snakes! They will put you in death traps. Their words mean nothing liars. Crooks and cheats. Take your money elsewhere you will regret ever doing business with this company! Bad company bad business. Then bait and switched my contact! I voluntarily took it back to them then they sent me a letter saying I'm responsible for any money due after they resale the vehicle I gave back. The owner and employees are shady and are crooks STAY CLEAR!

I've heard nothing but bad things about this place. I haven't personally purchased a car from Gary but everyone I know who has complained mostly about mechanical issues and dishonest practices. I also heard an employee was mudered in a shooting there as well

As a consumer, I have never been disrespected or told to hush in a professional environment. I am in disbelief at the lack of professionalism this shady business has to offer. The car we were sold was having problems, and they were unable to properly fix all of the problems or give us a reason as to why the car was sold to us in the first place. Then we were insulted for “calling everyday” to ask for updates regarding the vehicle. I hope no one else will be fooled by these people. There are plenty of other places to buy a car from. Do not do business here.

These ppl don't even deserve one star. The check engine light came on my truck the same day I got it. Not to mention the bearings is shot in the ac compressor therefore it sounds like a train coming down the road, their vehicles are junk, save yourselves money, and time.
