DeKalb County Revenue Commissioner

I would like to commend this office for the efficiency and friendliness of the employees. I went in recently to pay property tax and April was so nice and professional. I've also had great service from the vehicle tag side, previously. So thankful for such an efficient and friendly office for DeKalb County.

Courtney and Norma are amazing! Both are always friendly and very knowledgeable......too bad there are not more people in the world like them to work in public offices!

In the middle of a pandemic they send out tag renewal notices and them block you from renewal stating because you have a Veteran tag on your cars you can’t pay it online. Was contacted by Mr. Wilks and issue will be fixed and will be called by Tuesday.

Other than having to stand in long lines and no chairs to sit in, it's fine. Like the way it has been remodeled.

Although there was a line we got they fairly quickly and effectively.
