I usually don’t do reviews on Fast Food locations as the expectations are usually minimal. However, after my experience at this location I had to leave a review. With that said, let’s talk about service!

Known for its service standards, Chik-Fil-A is an establishment that sets a high standard for customer service and employee to consumer satisfaction. Today, I had the opportunity to experience Gracie and I am convinced that she wrote the book on how to deliver AMAZING Customer Service. Gracie welcomed us into Chik-Fil-A with an amazing smile, vibrant personality, and organic cheer. As I walked to her register she maintained her amazingness throughout taking my order. When my sister began to place her order, Gracie still displayed customer service awesomeness. I’m talking about stellar service from an amazing individual. Thank you, Gracie.

As we decided to dine-in Gracie ended up bringing our food to the table and guess what… she was still Awesomeeeeeeeeee. She delivered our food with a smile and thanked us again for coming into Chik-Fil-A.

To continue the amazing experience, my food was fresh. Not just regular fresh, but fresh fresh. My Chicken Strips tasted ‘farm to table’ fresh and were perfectly seasoned and fried. Though Chik-Fil-A food is always good, this was a different kind of good. LoL!

Great Service. Fresh Fries, Fresh Strips, and Polynesian Sauce! What better way to spend your Saturday???

The gentleman who was working the dining area was awesome as well. He welcomed us in, thanked us for dining, and gave us after dinner mints. Yes! There were mints too. LoL!!! For the record, if Fine Dining Fast Food was a thing, this would be it.

The location is spotless. The ambiance is vibrant and the staff at the registers are efficient and conscious of one’s time… To whomever hired Gracie, you deserve a Gold Star. To whomever set the standards for service expectations at this location, you deserve a service deliverable award. And, to Gracie… You deserve a million Thank You’ and a Happy Customer Bonus!!

If in the area and hungry stop in and enjoy the experience. If you see Gracie at the register, make sure to get in her line.

This Chick Fil A is AMAZING. Our youth group stopped by on our way home from camp, and we arrived just after another large group. I've never seen such a well oiled machine. The workers were fast and efficient, while remaining kind and professional. They served hundreds of people in the span of 60 minutes and did an incredible job. Super grateful for their preparedness and professionalism.

Went and took my grandkids to eat for a late lunch and it was busy as it always is bc it’s a great place to go eat. Line moved fast and orders all correct. The food came out as we set down. The cashier Aaliyah was very professional and we even talked about what we have and haven’t tried yet. She was still on top of every thing. Very friendly and she never rushed even though there were others waiting to order. They had 3 cashiers working and all were sweet. My props to Aaliyah for doing an amazing job. Braxton was working the floor and I don’t think a single person had to go ask for anything bc he was nonstop cleaning and getting refills without anyone having to ask. He asked the kids if they would like a wipe with their ice cream and even asked if they would like some water. He was such a sweetheart and every restaurant needs a Braxton.

Is there anything ever bad to say about Chick-fil-A? 😁 Fastest, most efficient, always friendly service and great food! If you do not have one nearby then it's worth the drive.

Food is always great so is the service. People who work there are always happy and nice as can be. I like the drive thru. It takes no time at all to receive your food. Five star for sure.

I got a Southwest chicken salad. Big portions!! Delicious!!!! Also got a small ice-cream cone!! It was yummy too. Place was very clean, employees were very nice, friendly and helpful!!! Very enjoyable meal. I will be going back!!!!

The service and food quality was excellent. The dinning area was well attended to, very clean. Our food came out very hot and fresh!

This location is always so friendly and welcoming ❤ the food is always hot and delicious! They always get our orders right and it's the only place I never had to recheck to see if all my items are there.

Busy little chicken place, awesome staff keeping things moving both indoors and the drive through. I was suprised at this location that a older gentleman came buy and cleaned my trash and offered me a refill of my drink.

Definately a place to stop in and check out if you love grilled and fried chicken sandwiches.

Had the wrap ,it was fresh. I got the wrong sauce in the bag. The shake was excellent,but pricey for the volume.

My food is hot and fresh. The line was a bit hard to maneuver with all the lunchtime traffic ,but I got in and out. My order was correct. The app didn't originally accept my order but the attendant was patient. Taste amazing and I'll definitely be going back!

Great food, great staff, great service! My wife and I get excellent food by nice people who act like they really care about you every time we visit. We like this place a lot and we highly recommend this place. We really appreciate the fact that it is owned and operated by God loving Christians! Always an excellent stop whenever we are in Oxford.

Great food speedy service and clean resturant. One of my favorite chick Fil A resturants ive been too. They have littke vases on the table with fresh flowers, the bathrooms are very clean and good smelling. There is a very nice gentleman walking from table to table waiting on them. Making sure everyone had what they needed. Hes really sweet.

Chicken fil a always makes a point to over do and it's refreshing

Chick-fil-A always delivers on friendliness, freshness,and fast service. This location has it all. The employees are exceptional and really make you feel welcome. I will always come back.

We love Chick-fil-a! The staff are friendly, helpful and patient when we everyone doesn't know what to order. Breakfast is an easy choice with chicken minis, but there are so many great options for lunch and dinner. As a busy real estate agent, I appreciate how fast I can get through the drive-thru line during the lunch rush.

Great food & great service. Never had a bad experience. Definitely a notch above “fast food.” Place gets packed on Saturdays but even on those days service time is average compared to local competitors.

Wade & his staff are always kind & cordial. Food and sweet tea were excellent, started eating before I left the parking area. Loved the waffle fries..
