One of the nicest and charismatic people I have ever met!! Very outgoing and friendly! They help you with the whole process and anything you need help on. They make you feel like family! Would 100% recommend to everyone!

Throughout my time in the area Ive come to rsm before I could even purchase a firearm. Ive since acquired a few from them and theyve done nothing but help me out. Truly blessed people to be serving the firearm owners community as best they can for so many years.

I only wish they were open a bit more often. Also they have extremely good prices on the used firearms, Ive seen some of the best deals with them!

I will always recommend RSM to my friends and family, hell my Papa and I only found out about the place through a friend's recommendation.

The owners of RSM are truly one of a kind. They are always helpful and treat you like family. The most friendly business I have ever had the experience of dealing with and can now call them my friends. Their prices are competitive. They have a nice selection in the store and their website has even more. They will go out of their way to help you and always give you the best advice. They aren’t out to sell you something out of your budget and won’t sell you something you don’t need, I mean unless your mind is made up and you just want a fun toy. They have expert advice and information. Their store in Genoa, IL also does some of the best custom work I have seen at a reasonable cost. Everyone is very professional. As you can tell, I can’t say enough good things. My experiences have been fantastic. I would recommend them to anybody. What great people! Was unfortunate that we weren't unable to pick up our FFL transfer but RSM was very informative on what we needed to legally do from here. Thanks for nothing to the communist Illinois governor though.

Great people and great service. What a great little shop that doesn't feel overwhelming for a newer buyer like myself. You can also just turn around at the register and be at a different store. Highly recommend.

Very professional and handled my FFL transfer flawlessly. I highly recommend them for any firearms transactions. They have great deals through their website, also. Will definitely use them from now on.

This place is the best and I am a return customer, not just a one-time shopper. They have a genuine interest in the benefit of their patrons and offer a buffet of services. I had a lower cerakoted and laser engraved and it turned out beautiful. They were upfront and honest with good pricing and remained in communication throughout the process with a turnaround in just one week. Beyond that, We are in a pandemic panic time now and I have used them for an FFl on 4 firearms purchases and their communication skills remain superb replying to emails even on days the store is not open and putting up with some disorganized online retailers resending licensing material that was misplaced all in a timely and friendly fashion. I don't know anyone on a personal level there but I feel treated as if I were family. These people will do what they can for you.

Very friendly and helpful. They even searched for what I was looking for to locate and acquire for me which I decided to go with something they had in their possession.

Rob & Stacy run and own a wonderful shop. Rob is extremely knowledgeable of old & new firearms, very passionate, and owns a unique collection. Stacy was very helpful and honest in payment options. Both owners were very helpful. I made the drive out to their store from the Schaumburg area, and it was worth the trip! I made my first purchase and it won't be my last. A+

I have been to this store many times and they are the best and most honest people in the firearms industry that you will ever meet period. It will be worth the drive wherever your coming from.

I have purchased several firearms from RSM both directly and through another dealer with it dropped shipped to RSM to handle the paperwork. They are easy to work with and provide excellent service. I highly recommend them - a traditional home town store that delivers and often beats big box and internet stores. If they cannot get it cheaper they will tell you and still help handle the transaction. Nice to have them in the Belvidere community.

Where do you begin to talk about a great group of people that know how to take care of their customers? Stacey and her crew are awesome. Being a first time gun owner they made me feel at ease with the whole process of purchasing, shipping, and receiving a firearm. They are always happy to help with questions and my Sapphire Witness Pavona 40 cal is just what I have been looking for. Today in our busy lives you don't often find a company that provides the kind of customer service that RSM does! Buy from them and experience what customer service is all about!

RSM is a great little shop for all of your firearm needs. Small, customer oriented business, more than willing to go out of their way to make sure you're happy. Rob, the owner, is a wealth of knowledge. If he can't answer your question, he probably knows where to find the solution. Nice sized selection of new and consignment firearms, fair pricing, and great service. I've bought a few pieces here and will be sure to go back next time I'm in the market. They've recently expanded and have a 2nd location that does custom laser and cerakote work. Definitely worth checking out!

If you enjoy being treated like family and want to get best deal around then RSM is the place to go! I use to shop around making dozens of phone calls trying to find best deals and I've learned now to only make one call to RSM and its best price in town. I've purchased several firearms and sold a few on consignment and every time every transaction is smooth and wonderful. Rob and Stacy truly know how to make a customer feel like family and not just a number.

Super friendly, knowledgeable. Remembered my name after being in there 2 times It's no wonder they have 5 stars as a rating. Great place to buy guns. Added 3/12/18- It's to bad 2 bozos have to ruin the 5 star rating for RSM. Don't let a couple d--k heads ruin it for ya, check them out.
