I went to Dr. Dzakovich as a recommendation from a friend since I had an issue with a post and crown that was put in at another practice. He quickly figured out that there was an issue and sent me to an oral surgeon right away which turned out to be an infection and ended up getting an implant for a front tooth. Dr. Dzakovich is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and probably the most passionate Dentist I have ever experienced. He even went so far as to travel with me to get the color matching done on my tooth. The staff are very friendly and professional. I can’t say enough about this entire practice. Highly recommended!!!

Dr. John Dzakovich is one of the most amazing dentists I have ever been to. Our whole family uses him as our dentist. He is so patient, professional, and precise. We travel almost one hour for our appointment and wouldn't have it any other way.

She is delightful, cheerful enthusiastic, helpful, and knowledgeable went above and beyond for me ordering me a purple product for my braces. She also gave me grape wax. As always, from my first dental visit to Dr. John Dzakovich over 30 years ago, to my most recent visit last week, the office personnel and the entire dental staff not only has been personable all the time but utmost caring about you as a patient! One cannot ask for anything more! It’s a practice you can trust and feel comfortable with.

Dr. Dzakovich and his entire staff are top-notch. The office is spotlessly clean. I never have to wait more than a few minutes to be seen. I've been a patient here for something like 30 years and have been very happy.

I am a long-time patient of Dr. Dzakovich. I have never had anything but a warm and friendly experience with everybody in the office. From the front desk to the dental assistants to Dr. Dzakovich himself, everyone is caring and professional. I live out of state now but continue to see Dr. Dzakovich regularly when I am in Illinois on holiday. The dental care is excellent, and I can't imagine finding a better dentist.

Transferred from a strip mall dentist chain to Dr. Dzakovich in April 2021 and had an absolutely great experience. They are thorough and take to the time to explain everything to you with great care. Highly recommend the practice to anyone looking for something more than a fast food approach to dentistry. Bravo to their entire staff and Dr. Dzakovich!

What a great experience! This was my first visit after the shutdown for the pandemic. They took the steps needed to make me feel very safe and comfortable in this new COVID-19 world.

Does an amazingly thorough job. I have never had such a detailed exam and really felt like I was getting the best care. He has great bed side manner, and answers all your questions. You can tell he is very passionate about his field. His staff is exceptional as well.

Fantastic dentist and staff. My family have been seeing Dr. John for over 25 years and would not go anywhere else. In fact, when my daughters lived out of town they refused to use a local dentist, but would fly home to see Dr. John. In the words of my daughter “I’m not letting anyone but Dr. John touch my teeth!” It’s not just Dr. John, the entire staff is wonderful, compassionate and professional; always accommodating and helpful.

I often have patients ask me who do I (as a dentist) have do my dental work. I let them know I can choose the best and I choose Dr. Dzakovich. Dr. Dzakovich is highly skilled and conscientious with meticulous attention to detail. I practice in Washington state and feel a trip to Arlington Heights is a small price to pay for something as important as excellence in dental care.

Dr. Dzakovich is a dentist who is all too rare in his field. Once you step inside the office, no one exists but you. He is thorough and passionate about everything from a checkup to a filling to ensuring your crown is perfect (I mean it, PERFECT). Before performing a procedure, he insists on understanding and communicating the "big picture" so there are no surprises.(He saved me from another laissez faire dentist who assured me everything was fine until I had huge problems!) For dental-phobes, he also stays on top of ways to make procedures painless and comfortable.
And there's his staff. Efficient, friendly, helpful and on time!!!!! The second you make an appointment you are family. I never thought I'd say I enjoy going to the dentist. But I really do!!!

Fantastic, high quality dentistry and orthodontia. Dr. Dzakovich and his staff are all really friendly and helpful. They try to perform painless dentistry whenever possible, including drilling cavities with a technique that doesn't hurt and requires no novocaine. It was very nice to stay with Dr. Dzakovich when we needed orthodontia rather than having to find someone new. He is both experienced and interested in using new techniques. My family has been seeing Dr. Dzakovich for more than 25 years, and you should see our smiles!
