This location is pretty nice now. I used to come here years ago. It's been updated very modern and CLEAN. Our waiter Michael was great! Super friendly and very nice. We both got the 3 for meals. I can't believe the size of the Chips & Salsa we both received full sized. I was expecting a much smaller portion. Food was very good. I had the Chicken Crispers and my wife had the Secret Sauce Burger. Onions were raw on it. Overall I gave 5 stars. Everything was great, and the price was right on point. Will return soon. Thank you

It’s clean , cozy, pleasant. Robert was my server for tonight. He is such a delight to have. Waiters greet u who isn’t serving, manager is pleasant. This is such a great environment to be in to eat. The seating was quick which is a plus.

The food is good , hot, and fresh. Yummy to my tummy!!

A visit this location on February 15 with my Husband we have never been to Chili's but we decide to go to this one . WE arrived at 12 during lunch hour we were greeted and it didn't take long for us to get seated at a booth it was very Spacey not crowded the customer service is very well please. MY HUSBAND and I order it took about 20min . The Food was nice and hot the presentation of the food was very Delight you could tell it was not just thrown together so my hat's off to the Chef that day.

So I took my Mom out for her Birthday we had an Amazing time, our Server was just as Amazing and Super Awesome. The Food was Great, the Atmosphere was good, just Great Vibes all around I must Say...

Got a triple dipper with boneless wings and fried pickles! was so good and got a lava cake for dessert. Came our super hot and was so delicious! service was really good too! Also got the margarita chicken on another visit and it was amazing!

Not crowded for a change, was able to get sat nice table near the bar, our drinks and food was taken right away. The service was great 👍.

The food was great. Had the southwest egg rolls which are my fav. The atmosphere was very comforting and the staff were all very friendly.

My horn was not working in my 2021 Santa Fe. They were able to fix it at no cost because I was under warranty. I was very happy.

Today my sisters and I went to Chilli’s and the service, the food and the manger on duty were fantastic . The manager kept checking on us because one of my sisters kept complementing him on the music that was being played throughout our time there. The waitress and her trainee were very friendly and attentive. The food was excellent, we really enjoyed our time there and will definitely be back.

Issac or Isiah was our server, whoops can't remember his name. Great service! He was super kind and attentive, good food, and you can't be their $5 monthly drinks & 3 for $10 specials

Went late last night for dine in and I order the fajitas with steak, shrimp, and a tequila drink. All I have to say is I’m shocked of how long I been missing out this Chili’s specifically. The food was immaculate. The taste was great seasoned well. Everything was just nice. Nice job to the cook, waitress and bartender who took care of us.

i ordered food for NYE. It was delicious. I have eaten in the restaurant in the past, and the food was really good.

I am a bit biased as I write this review as I admit I love Chili's. The 2 for $25 combo is usually what I go for every time I visit with another person. This combo allows you to pick an appetizer to share, two entrees, and one dessert to share. We got the chips and guacamole as an appetizer, bacon chicken quesadillas, and cookie skillet. I'd do it all again, no question about it.

Long Island ice tea is the best . Very good cheeseburger

Me and my wife stopped by Chili's in Chicago Ridge on Sunday evening. We had not been to this location in a couple of years because of past problems but gave it another chance. It took 4 minutes to be seated and we had the Sweetest Waitress ever (Elizabeth) she was just on top of things. Elizabeth made us feel like we're the only customers in the restaurant and I had to tell Management how great of an employee that they had. Thanks Elizabeth for making our dinning experience a memorable one. Looking forward to returning to this location just to taken care of by our new favorite waitress. P.S. Keep up the good work. My friend and I went for lunch. I absolutely love the margaritas. Blueberry please with sugar on the rim. Yum! Had appetizer and split the pasta. Delicious food.
New server ~ We asked for appetizers first. That wasn't the case. But he will learn.
One thing I did notice....no blurring music in the background, that perfect. I like to talk.

So good! We eat/take out here often! The service and food are always great!

Compared to other Chilis this one was very clean, we were greeted upon entry. There was no wait. Our food came out pretty fast.

Very good service, our server made sure to offer dessert at the end. As we left the manager opened the door for us and thanked us for stopping in. Will definitely be coming back!
